Addictive Elements To AVOID and Eliminate from Your LIFE Protocol

      

We are often Addicted to our Poisons

If you love some food or drink, it is likely you may be sensitive to it and may be harming you. If you MUST have it every day, if you get headaches without it, if you crave it, this could be a warning.

This seems hard to believe and you must use common sense but it is borne out time after time. For instance in my case I love buttered toast and can easily eat most of a loaf at one sitting. I did this for my whole life until my 50s. I would have bet ANYTHING this could not be harming me. Guess what? I happen to be modern wheat intolerant; like almost everyone. My beloved wheat was tearing micro  holes in my intestines and trashing my digestion and blood stream.

If you love some food or drink check it out well, make sure it is 100% healthful for you in your individual situation. If it is AND YOU are not sensitive to it go for it. I really don’t miss my toast too much but see (White Flour Protocol) because I also love thousands of foods like Apples and Avocados.

MOST of the Sugar you Eat is GMO Sugar; Double Trouble

Beet sugar is now GMO. This makes total avoidance of sugar IMO imperative! Beet sugar being cheaper than non-gmo cane sugar is used in the cheap processed foods as an addictive cheap sweetening filler, oops I almost said KILLER.

HFCS another addictive cheap filler sugar used in Junk Food is made from GMO CORN so you lose here also.

Sugar An Addictive "Junk Food" Additive We can NOT Eat

If you get rid of almost all the sugar in your life you can do more to improve your health than any other single "mouth" based method. Now this is not easy to do because Sugar is very Addicting.

Sugar is used in Junk "Food" as an addicting inexpensive filler, Sugar introduces Disease and Death into your body. Sugar has NO NUTRITIVE value. Do not eat sugar. Clearly we are ADDICTED to Sugar.

Junk Food is ANY "food" you should KNOW you should not be eating. Junk Food is found almost anywhere and everywhere; good healthy raw whole food is often the exception. You usually realize a "food" is junk but not always. One of your first tasks on your road to good health is to LEARN to identify all the junk food you could but should not be eating,

   

A Simple Way to END Obesity Problems

Avoid eating anything but whole unprocessed food. Try to eat much of it RAW. I guarantee if you but try this for a WEEK you WILL see a weight reduction. Say you weigh 300 pounds; you WILL lose a few pounds; in one WEEK. This should encourage you to try it for a month. After one simple stinking month you WILL lose at least 10% of your weight starting. How do I know this? I have seen it happen before my eyes time after time. Guess what happens after one year?

The problem is most people cannot go even one stinking week without their beloved ADDICTIVE TOXIC junk "food". Those who do come out with a NEW BODY.

YOU CAN DO IT. Anyone can grow fat; anyone can lose this fat. You just have to decide you want to. You will crave fat; you will want fatty and Junk food BUT this will soon pass; a week or two; then it is clear sailing down to almost any waist size you want.

When you get hungry eat an apple, orange, cucumber all with skin on. It is truly amazing what a large cucumber with no salt or crap on it can do to a hunger attack. Still hungry? Eat another cucumber; I am NOT KIDDING. To break the mold you have to BREAK the MOLD.

This protocol will help you identify and thus learn to avoid many ADDICTIVE poisons in you life.

 Much of the "food" we are eating is terribly addictive. Clearly we are ADDICTED to Junk "food". Do not eat addictive low nutrient "food".

Aspartame a "chemical sweetener" found in THOUSANDS of "products" we eat, is PURE POISON. Over the top statement? Aspartame started out its life on the Pentagon's List of Potential Bio-Weapons. If MSG weren’t harmful, it wouldn't be hidden

MSG is contained in thousands of Processed Foods (See Processed Foods Protocol). MSG is put in most fast foods (See Fast Food Protocol) and many restaurant foods (See Restaurant Food Protocol). MSG is dirt-cheap and it makes food taste and SMELL good. When they process food they take most of the good stuff out, the result is tasteless. MSG puts good taste back in the tasteless calories that is processed food. MSG makes you REMEMBER the food product after years of not eating it. You walk past a fast food joint and smell the burgers. OH that smells good. There are MSG molecules in your nose and they are talking to your brain. Your brain remembers and it WANTS more MSG because MSG is an addictive toxic drug no different from COCAINE. You walk past a bag of chips and you start to salivate. Think about that for a second folks. We truly have criminals in charge of our food supply.

   

Caffeine

Please take care with Caffeine it is a powerful drug

Caffeine is found in many "food" products we eat and drink. The usually (but watch energy drinks) small and medium amounts of caffeine found in each product may add up to a LOT of caffeine ingested each day. For example the "soft drinks" many of us drink four or five of a day, contain both the ADDICTIVE caffeine and the ADDICTIVE sugar. Take care.

Most people can handle the caffeine in a couple cups of low caffeine coffee without too many overt problems. Coffee itself is a powerful nutrient. Some of us very sensitive to caffeine have the medical condition Caffeinism. If you have most of these symptoms try giving up caffeine for an initially painful couple of days; see if on balance it is not worth it. In my case I have problems sleeping with any but very small infrequent amounts of caffeine taken before noon.

Numerous studies on pregnant animals have shown that caffeine can cause birth defects, preterm delivery, reduced fertility, and increase the risk of low-birth weight offspring and other reproductive problems. This is an indication of how powerful caffeine is.

Remember this about walking, and all exercise, exercise is additive. A one hundred yard walk twenty times a day is a fair walk. Exercise is also addictive.

A  low fat diet will re-enforce this sugar addiction. Fat will supply the steady energy the lack of which can cause the sugar cravings.

      

Conclusion to Addictive Elements

There are MANY addictive "foods", "drugs" and other addictive elements in our life, many but not all (exercise et al) are harmful to us. Some are VERY harmful. This protocol has explored a few of the major addictive problems. IMO do your best to first acknowledge that these major parts of our life are Dangerous and then TRY to totally eliminate as much of this danger as you are able. If you eliminate 98% I will be happy; so will you.

Once you start down this road to identifying and eliminating the harmful often addictive elements in YOUR LIFE  your life will CHANGE. You will find many elements you decide you do not want in your life and you will eliminate them.
