Almond Protocol

      

"Almonds stimulate the production of acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that’s responsible for helping your neurons ‘fire,’ or communicate, effectively. Almonds, like all nutrition packed nuts, are high in calories. It is a SHAME many people reject them for this silly reason. If sex were high in calories would you reject it? Well almonds are as sexy nutritionally as is sex to those of us who know both. LOL The simple fact is people who eat more almonds (or any good nut) have less problems with their weight. Almond clinical testing universally shows adding almonds to a healthy diet never causes a weight gain. Something in the almonds MUST be reducing appetite and the need for useless calories; yeah like sugar

Since September of 2007 the steam processing of all almost all almonds has destroyed the enzymes (See Enzymes Protocol) in almond skins. IMO Almonds are still very healthy and worth eating. It’s just a shame another source of enzymes has been removed. Thank you David Rockefeller!

We think that it is better to eat RAW almonds. It is possible to still find raw almonds. We are trying. Yes they are available but thanks to the Rockefeller clan the price has at least doubled.

    

Find a way to work both Almonds and walnuts into your diet. Please don’t let them also damage Walnuts.
