Buckwheat Protocol

Buckwheat is a High Magnesium Food

Buckwheat is a Rutin Super Food

   

Buckwheat, high in rutin, is in all respects a Super Food.

   

"Buckwheat contains a variety of compounds called flavonoids that have been shown in studies to help block the spread of cancer. Quercetin and rutin make it difficult for cancer-promoting hormones to attach to cells and they may be able to reduce damage to DNA. Buckwheat is rich in magnesium, zinc and copper."   Prevention   Note this combination appears to be made to help prevent the hormone related cancers

Buckwheat is loaded with minerals, vitamins, flavonoids and fiber and is the best known seed source of perfect protein. Buckwheat contains quercetin (See Quercetin Protocol) and rutin (See Rutin Protocol) two of the components of vitamin C. Buckwheat is also high in vitamin E. Buckwheat which contains no gluten makes a good wheat substitute for those of us who are allergic to gluten (See Gluten Protocol). IMO it is hard to find a single food so potentially excellent for your health problems and prevention; it should be included in EVERYONES diet.

Amygdalin, often referred to as vitamin B17, is found in usually small amounts in over 1000 foods including cherry pits  as well as apricot, peach, plum and prune pits and apple seeds. Buckwheat also provides a good source of amygdalin. As you will see vitamin B17 is one vitamin you do not want to be without if you wish to avoid cancer.
