The human body has evolved over millions of years. In the last ten thousand years several foods have been introduced into mankind’s diet mainly refined grains and dairy. In the last hundred or so years our diet has changed radically. It is often said our diet has changed more in the last 70 years than in the 10,000 years preceding.

The cave man diet is based on eliminating or seriously reducing the foods that were not part of the human diet say, 20,000 years ago. The work of Doctor Weston Price (See Weston Price Protocol) shows these “primitive” diets all are very healthy.

The paleo diet  with its natural avoidance of refined sugar and simple carbs provides little fuel for cancer cells. The ketogenic diet is proving EXCELLENT cancer TREATMENT. As we should know anything NATURAL that will remove cancer from your body is also great cancer prevention.
