“After treatment with the extract, the death rate (apoptosis) of the stomach cancer cells significantly increased. Celery seeds contain vitamins A, C and B-complex. Celery Seeds being seeds are one of the healthiest foods you can eat (See Nut Protocol). Celery seeds being so tiny do need to be chewed carefully to fully release their protective nutrients. I grind most of my seeds in a seed grinder often; this is not necessary with celery seeds.

Gout and Osteoarthritis

The symptoms of gout can often be interpreted as the symptoms of osteoarthritis. This is often my case. For example I like many foods which will give me gout symptoms if eaten in too great an amount. When I get a touch in my hands I will often figure out I have been eating too much of a gout food. So make sure you do not have both gout and osteoarthritis and if you do you must be a little more of a detective.

Over the years i have come to the conclusion that perhaps the Celery Seed that has helped eliminate gout from my life may also have helped eliminate all  the other 100 or so forms of Arthritis I also do not have. All the evidence I have seen seems to support this conclusion of mine. No question about it if you have any form of arthritis or are concerned in PREVENTING arthritis you should be ingesting at least one heaping teaspoon of anti-inflammatory phytonutrient rich celery seed a day.

Celery Seed is a powerful phytonutrient good for much more than gout. Celery Seed has been used traditionally for HBP, Cardiovascular problems, Liver Protection and all forms of Arthritis for millennia.

I have been eating celery seeds almost every day for my gout (See Gout Protection Protocol) for forty or so years. Since I have been eating one or more heaping teaspoons of Celery Seeds per day I have not had a single serious attack of gout.
