This is a signal Healthy Protocols is doing a good job of bringing some needed TRUTH about the true basis of health to the internet. However Google now almost NEVER "finds" heathyprotocols,com no matter how important or prevalent. For example I had a protocol that consistently came up on the FIRST page of a google search; now it comes up on the LAST page.

So unless we spread this truth by word of mouth Google may succeed in destroying healthyprotocols.com. Google is working for the people bringing us Cancer. I do not say this lightly; google once did believe in truth or so it seemed.

I am convinced I have put together a Cardio Vascular Disease Protection and Treatment Protocol that can remove ALL CVD as a threat in your life. This has been such a boon in my life I cannot help but to try and share it with the world. If you are not interested  in CVD you can index a topic of interest on the left; but you had best be interested! CVD kills over 50% of us.

This introduction will take you less than an hour to read; by then you may completely understand the CVD big picture.

  

Cardio Vascular Disease Protection and Treatment Protocol Overview

What follows is an overview of the somewhat lengthy Cardio Vascular Disease Prevention Protocol. You can then proceed to the protocol itself. Please don't be daunted with the large number of quotes in the first sections of the protocol. You can read them at your leisure and do not need to read them on your first pass through the protocol. You will need to make many passes through the protocol; you can pick up some each pass. You do NEED to read them sometime in your study of healthy protocols. You will find many of them in other protocols as they often apply elsewhere. The CVD protocol is lengthy but MOST of the things you find you must do to avoid CVD also helps you avoid many other "diseases".

“Cardiovascular Disease is essentially unknown in animals producing their own vitamin C at a daily rate of several grams.” Doctor Matthias Rath   Note here it is Folks THREE GRAMS of Vitamin C/day at least and you are well on your way to eliminating 50% of your risk of death

Therefore one can say the principal reason 50% of us are dying of CVD is because we do not supplement Vitamin C. Why do I say this? Life Extension

Even a one year old baby usually has sub-clinical SCURVY. Thus we are seeing the beginnings of Atherosclerosis in pre-schoolers.

Vitamin C and CVD

In the case of CVD, Atherosclerosis and Arterial Plaque the MAIN Nutrient that is Deficient is Vitamin C.

It is very difficult to get three grams of Vitamin C daily from diet alone. IMO you MUST supplement Vitamin C.

"Humans, monkeys and guinea pigs don’t make any vitamin C. This leaves us on our own to get our needs met. Cats weighing only about 10-15 pounds, synthesize more than 15 times the RDA of vit C recommended for humans. Goats are about the size of a human adults, and under no stress they synthesize 13G per day. Under stress it can rise to 100G.  Do not fear taking vitamin C. It is the one of the most non-toxic and safe supplements known.  Use liposomal vitamin C, sodium ascorbate or ascorbic acid, never Ester-C or calcium ascorbate."   Osteoporosis Is Scurvy Of The Bone, Not Calcium Deficiency

"Except for humans and primates, all other animals have the three enzymes in the liver which can synthesize vitamin C from glucose (a simple sugar). One major exception is the guinea pig, which is really a rodent and not a pig,  The guinea pig, for some unexplained reason, shares with humans the identical GLO genetic mutation and also lacks the GLO enzyme just like we do.  This makes the guinea pig an ideal experimental model for human diseases.  By the way, although animals that make vitamin C never get heart disease, the guinea pig which lacks the ability to synthesize vitamin C, also gets heart disease.  Doctor Jeffery Dach MD, Note this simple fact is the beginning to understanding how to prevent and cure CVD. "Linus Pauling recommended at least 3000mg of vitamin C per day as a preventive dose, and significantly higher levels of both vitamin C and lysine for the treatment of existing heart disease. Dosage is a key factor: low doses are ineffective."   Linus Pauling on CVD

"One of the best ways to maintain the health of your capillaries is with a bioflavonoid found naturally in fruits and vegetables called rutin. Rutin has the capacity to regenerate vitamin C after it neutralizes a free radical, thus helping to restore its antioxidant potential.14 Because vitamin C plays a critical role in the manufacture of collagen, an important component of capillary walls as well as the sustaining framework of the epidermis, this could have a dramatic impact on the health of your skin."    How Bioflavonoids Create Youthful Skin Tone   Note Rutin a component of the Vitamin C Complex Components helps to recycle the oxidized vitamin C making it ready to absorb another free radical if required

"Ascorbate deficiency is an important underlying factor and that all mechanisms known today leading to CVD can be triggered by ascorbate deficiency. The different mechanisms of human CVD known today therefore all compensate for impaired integrity and stability of the vascular wall caused by chronically low dietary ascorbate intake. If these mechanisms overshoot, heart attack, stroke and other forms of CVD develop."  Doctor Matthias Rath MD, Note vitamin C and adjuvants as found in nature, is the best way to take your vitamin C.

Note the Atherosclerotic inflammation starts WITHIN the artery wall NOT in the blood stream itself. Your body is DELIBERATELY causing this inflammation because you have inadvertently not provided the vitamin C and collagen to repair some damage to your artery.

Your body is creating a crude TEMPORARY plug in your artery wall to keep you from bleeding to death. Once you provide the requisite Vitamin C and collagen your wonderful body will make the PERMANENT repairs to your arteries and deconstruct your arterial plaque mostly by it self.

There are complications you must be aware of and simple nutrients which counter these complications. YOU and you alone with a few nutrients can completely prevent, cure and repair most CVD in most cases. BUT you must take the time to understand what is going on in your body.

CVD, Atherosclerosis and arterial plaque are slightly complex in that they have a lot of parts BUT those parts are each simple and fairly easy to understand. Please take the time to LEARN this Atherogenic Process; this process has a 50% chance of killing YOU.

Bottom Line: If you avoid sub-clinical Scurvy by IMO ingesting at least 3 GRAMS of Vitamin C/Day, you will avoid most CVD.

Vitamin C

1) You must take at least 3 grams of Vitamin C/day as supplemental vitamin C and get all the ascorbate, natural vitamin C, from your food as you can. Raw food is best as vitamin C is destroyed by heat.

2) The fat soluble antioxidants, vitamins D, E and K, vitamin C and other antioxidants will insure the LDL packet lipoprotein membrane itself does not oxidize. It is the oxidization of the LDL membrane together with a deficiency of vitamin C, HDL et al, that often begins the atherosclerotic process.

    

HDL

“Those with HDL levels below 35 had an eight-fold higher incidence of cardiovascular disease than those with more than 65mg/dl of HDL.  And not only that, but each 1mg/dl increase in HDL cholesterol resulted in a 6% lower risk of death from heart attack.” The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA)

3) You must get your HDL Cholesterol up to at least IMO 65 mg/dl. This HDL will help to mop up any oxidized LDL that happens to be circulating looking to start trouble somewhere.

   

Vitamin D

4) You must achieve a blood level of vitamin D of at least 60 ng/ml either with lots of sun or vitamin D3 supplements coupled with adequate sources of sulfur. As Doctor Seneff, Doctor Mercola and MANY others have stressed your very best source of vitamin D and cholesterol sulfate is the SUN. This is so because the sun produces a oil soluble form of vitamin D which is instantly available to EVERY CELL IN YOUR BODY.

  

Processed Vegetable Oil

This chart shows the increase in processed unsaturated fatty acids consumed in the USA in the last one hundred years. The major rise began just before WWII when the use of refined vegetable oils started to burgeon. The refined vegetable oils IMO are a major cause of both CVD and cancer.

"Elevated rates of cancer and heart disease are associated with consumption of large amounts of vegetable oils.” Fed Proc July 1978 37:2215, Note these processed vegetable oils yield denatured omega-6 EFAs.

5) You must totally avoid denatured Omega EFAs found largely as denatured Omega 6 EFAs in processed vegetable oil (See Polyunsaturated  Oils Protocol). Processed food and Junk

    

Homocysteine

"Homocysteine is a naturally occurring amino acid. But too much of it irritates the lining of your blood vessels and prevents them from dilating. This increases your risk of heart attack and stroke. One study found that levels of homocysteine were dramatically higher in men who died from heart attacks. 6) You must avoid all (Homocysteine) lingering in your blood. This is rather easy to do and is salubrious for MANY body processes beyond arterial plaque formation. Basically all you must do is insure you ingest the complete (Vitamin B Complex) every day.

   

Sunshine

7) Doctor Stephanie Seneff PhD believes your heart and brain BOTH require cholesterol sulfate to function. This cholesterol sulfate is created by sunshine on your skin or in your blood stream in arterial plaque. Thus it is possible that a FUNCTION of SOME arterial plaque may be lack of sunshine. Incroyable but perhaps true. So folks get that sunshine, you KNOW you need it.

   

Triglycerides

Collagen and Vitamin C

Almost ALL animals that produce ascorbate from glucose in their own bodies do NOT get CVD. This is an important clue to CVD. If YOU make sure YOU get at least 3 grams of ascorbate IMO, a day YOU will probably not get CVD. It is just that simple. Of course there are LOTS of other things you SHOULD do to prevent 99%+ of possible CVD.

IMO the chief cause of most cardiovascular disease is the low level of vitamin C most of us carry in our bodies. The excellent noble prize work done by Doctor Matthias Rath and Doctor Linus Pauling has totally convinced this layman. The omega EFA shortage also contributes to a weakening of the artery wall postulated by Doctor Rath as the sine qua non for CVD.

When this weak arterial wall suffers an injury it must be repaired by collagen which requires a lot of vitamin C. Without this required repair your body will create athrosclerosis to repair the damaged artery.

Your cardiovascular health is largely in YOUR hands. Almost ALL Cardiovascular Lifestyle Problems can be obviated with a little knowledge and discipline on your part. There are no guarantees in the fragile flesh and blood of life but IMO if you follow this protocol to the best of your informed ability you will eliminate 99+ % of your cardiovascular risk. As you will have noted if you read the research paragraphs above there are literally hundreds of things you can do to improve the odds of NEVER HAVING CVD PROBLEMS.
