Your brain does not wear out. Eat right, exercise, stay away from modern poisons like "vaccination" and "radiation" get plenty of SUN and Vitamin D and USE your brain and you will be thinking CLEARLY the day you die IMO. When I was a kid "dementia" was rare now it is as common as "vaccination".

Some thirty of so years ago when the scope of the Social Security funding problems became apparent we used to joke that all the government had to do was kill off all the old people. In the Zutphen Elderly Study, which involved 210 men aged 70-89 years a linear relation was found between the estimated intake of DHA and EPA and prevention of cognitive decline. IMO it is very important to think of “Age” as composed of two components 1) Chronological Age and 2) Functional Age. We can do little about chronological age but enjoy it as it slips by.  Our functional age is what we should constantly be working on. Please don’t let “Old Age” be your excuse for avoidable health problems and keep you from climbing mountains if you want.
