Energy and HGH PRODUCTION on a Ski Day

If you eat right and supplement besides energy, joy and exercise you can generate plenty of CRITICAL HGH (if you want energy be YOUNG, to be young produce HGH) on a ski (or any all day exercise) day. Not eating any carbs for lunch will keep your HGH production going all day. I take the following supplements for energy. Try to eat no carbs for a couple hours after skiing, this will allow the HGH production to continue after you have finished exercising. Yeah it is hard.
