Processed Food Industry Cover Up?

Processed or refined foods are raw whole food that has been processed, often has most nutrients taken out, has harmful additives put in it and is packaged differently from the raw food. 90% of the money Americans spend on foods goes towards processed foods. This should be more like 10% - 20% IMO.

Processed foods take the ingredients out of the raw food, which will spoil if put in a box and left on a shelf for a month or two. The problem is the ingredients taken out are often the BEST part of the raw food. For instance the Omega EFAs (See Omega EFA Protocol) are taken out because they go rancid quickly. Without the omega EFAs your body must use an inferior oil to repair itself. In place of the good Omega EFAs taken out transfats, processed hydrogenated and polyunsaturated oils (See Polyunsaturated Oils Protocol) are put in the processed food. So we have removed the good fat and replaced it with an unhealthy fat.

  

Cancer and Processed Food

Since the average person eats 25% of his calories as sugar and processed food is LOADED with sugar it follows you should avoid BOTH. Refined vegetable oil another processed food staple, is also cancer fuel.

Sugar A "Food" We can NO Longer Eat

Beet sugar is now GMO. This makes total avoidance of sugar IMO imperative! Beet sugar being cheaper than non-gmo cane sugar is used in the cheap processed foods as a cheap sweetening filler, oops I almost said KILLER.

This chart shows the increase in processed unsaturated fatty acids consumed in the USA in the last one hundred years. The major rise began just before WWII when the use of refined vegetable oils started to burgeon. The refined vegetable oils IMO are a major cause of both CVD and cancer.

Once they have removed the components of the processed food they must replace it with something. GMO GMO Soy and GMO corn products are a favorite filler. Soy and corn are dirt cheap and after it has been itself processed it will last for years. Soy supplies both an inferior fat and imperfect protein. MSG (See MSG Protocol) is almost universally added to trick your taste buds into thinking this denatured cardboard you are eating tastes good. This trick works well until it destroys your brain and nerves. Other cheap man made synthetic ingredients are added; GMO Corn, sugar, white flour, chemicals and other ingredients harmful to your health.  You cannot eat cheap synthetic man made ingredients; not if you want to keep eating.
