If you are getting most of your CALORIES from Processed Food and other nutrient poor foods you will not be getting the NUTRIENTS you require AND you will probably be overweight and always hungry, It is really this simple folks.

You cannot eat this junk, you cannot feed it to your family, and you cannot let your family eat it. EVERYTHING you put in your mouth affects your health. This Junk displaces the GOOD FOOD we should be eating. It contains MANY substances PROVEN to be harmful to us. We are not robots; we will fail from time to time in our eating BUT we cannot PLAN to fail. Plan to succeed; plan to eliminate Processed Food from your life and the lives of those you love.

“According to the Project on Emerging Nanotechnologies (PEN)—a joint venture of Virginia Tech and the Wilson Center—there are more than 1,600 nanotechnology-based consumer products on the market today. Processed Food Industry Cover Up?

Processed or refined foods are raw whole food that has been processed,often has most nutrients taken out, has harmful additives put in it and is packaged differently from the raw food. 90% of the money Americans spend on foods goes towards processed foods. This should be more like 10% - 20% IMO.

Processed foods take the ingredients out of the raw food, which will spoil if put in a box and left on a shelf for a month or two. The problem is the ingredients taken out are often the BEST part of the raw food. For instance the Omega EFAs (See Omega EFA Protocol) are taken out because they go rancid quickly. Without the omega EFAs your body must use an inferior oil to repair itself. In place of the good Omega EFAs taken out transfats, processed hydrogenated and polyunsaturated oils (See Polyunsaturated Oils Protocol) are put in the processed food. So we have removed the good fat and replaced it with an unhealthy fat.

Processed foods take the ingredients out of the raw food, which will spoil if put in a box and left on a shelf for a month or two. The problem is the ingredients taken out are mostly the BEST part of the raw food. For instance the Omega EFAs (See Omega EFA Protocol) are taken out because they go rancid quickly. Without the omega EFAs your body must use an inferior oil to repair itself. A Simple Way to END Obesity Problems

Avoid eating anything but whole unprocessed food. Try to eat much of it RAW. I guarantee if you but try this for a WEEK you WILL see a weight reduction. Say you weigh 300 pounds; you WILL lose a few pounds; in one WEEK. This should encourage you to try it for a month. After one simple stinking month you WILL lose at least 10% of your weight starting. How do I know this? I have seen it happen before my eyes time after time. Guess what happens after one year?

The problem is most people cannot go even one week without their beloved ADDICTIVE TOXIC junk "food". Those who do come out with a NEW BODY.

YOU CAN DO IT. Anyone can grow fat; anyone can lose this fat. You just have to decide you want to. You will crave fat; you will want fatty and Junk food BUT this will soon pass; a week or two; then it is clear sailing down to almost any waist size you want. When you get hungry eat an apple, orange, cucumber all with skin on. It is truly amazing what a large cucumber with no salt or crap on it can do to a hunger attack. Still hungry? Eat another cucumber; I am NOT KIDDING. To break the mold you have to BREAK the MOLD.

There are MANY addictive "foods", "drugs" and other addictive elements in our life many but not all (exercise et al) are harmful to us. Some are VERY harmful.
