Green Tea

OPCs and Green Tea

Green tea is an OPC. OPCs are a class of antioxidant plus it will pay you to be very familiar with IMO. Once your learn the manifold benefits and multiple sources of the OPCs it may alter your eating habits, at least it has mine.

Green Tea Warning

Green Tea can have one awful component, each cup can contain milligrams of deadly fluoride (See Fluoride Protocol). To make matters worse for human health, fluorides in teas are found together with Aluminum. The combination of aluminum and fluorides in tea is of urgent concern, due to the increased damage done by fluorides when in the presence of aluminum, especially brain, neurological and renal damage. If you consume green tea everyday as I do you MUST assume you are getting a daily dose of both fluoride and aluminum.

Both fluoride and aluminum are rather easily dealt with. Good levels of iodine, which 99% of us do not have, can remove the fluoride, iodine and cilantro can remove aluminum as well as mercury and several other heavy metals and there are many other ways to remove both of these toxins from your body,

I now take most of my considerable Green Tea as a purportedly low fluoride extract. However I ASSUME I have to protect myself from both fluoride and aluminum.
