As you can see from the number and breadth of the above hormone or hormone related protocols,   hormones plays an important role in your health. IMO get familiar with hormones both their good and bad aspects. Natural hormones and herbs with small amounts of natural hormones or hormone properties can be valuable tools.  On the other hand all the xenoestrogens in commercial use can very negatively affect your health. Learn where to find these xenoestrogens and how to avoid their use and especially ingestion.

The answer to menopause problems, depression and all the other hormone related problems due to your blood hormone levels decreasing is not drugs but to bring up YOUR hormone levels by supplying what your body needs to produce your hormones yourself. IMO eat plenty of eggs to assure your hormone cholesterol feed-stocks are high. Please don't even think about the world of toxic anti-cholesterol DRUGS lurking in your friendly doctors office.
