Acute Inflammation is normally Healthy

This is the normal HEALTHY initiation of Acute Inflammation and Healing

     

“Even the slightest bump, if you bump the door, your immune system immediately responds by sending white blood cells (neutrophils) to the place of injury… The neutrophils secrete a Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS)… called free radicals, in what's referred to as an oxidative burst... Acute inflammation is the first step in your body’s natural response to an abnormal stimulation, injury or infection. Normally your healthy body clears up the inflammation trigger and the inflammation goes away. It is important to let this natural inflammation run its course. If this first stage of the healing process, normal healthy inflammation, is not allowed to complete, by say icing (See RICE Protocol), healing will be delayed and/or incomplete. You can salubriously shorten any inflammatory response by maintaining a slightly basic pH level (See pH Protocol) , applying heat, enzymes, fasting and other positive healthy means.

Chronic Inflammation is Unhealthy

If the cause of the inflammation is chronic or cannot be removed by your body chronic inflammation will result. When at the doctor get a C-reactive protein (See C-reactive Protein Protocol) Blood Test (See CRP Blood Test Protocol) to detect chronic inflammation anywhere in your body. You and your doctor will then have to figure out the cause of this inflammation. This process can detect major problems such as Cardiovascular Disease triggers as much as six years before the problem becomes acute. This is because the inflammation itself is SLOWLY damaging and weakening your body. However there would be NO inflammation without the chronic inflammation trigger. Ninety nine times out of one hundred this chronic inflammatory trigger will be something YOU my dear friend are continuously doing to your poor body. That candy bar after lunch for example or wearing out your car seat instead of your shoes.

    

Chronic Inflammation can have Many Roots

“Ling Zhang, PhD, the first author of the paper, exposed mice to S. aureus and within hours detected a major increase in both the number and size of fat cells at the site of infection. More importantly, these fat cells produced high levels of an antimicrobial peptide (AMP) called cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide or CAMP. AMPs are molecules used by the innate immune response to directly kill invasive bacteria, viruses, fungi and other pathogens.”   Body Fat Necessary for Immunity and Protection from Skin Infection

A root canal (See Root Canal Protocol) can cause a permanent low-grade infection leading to circulatory system inflammation. Periodontal disease of any type can also induce systemic inflammation. Vaccination and is a PRIME source of chronic inflammation. Eating too much omega 6 EFA (See Omega 6 EFA Protocol) as most Americans do will also promote systemic inflammation. Homocysteine (See Homocysteine Protocol) which is often chronically produced in an unhealthy body deficient in the B vitamins, produces chronic inflammation which IMO is responsible for MANY more cardiovascular problems than healthy LDL. An overload of iron (See Iron Protocol) a highly inflammatory metal in excess will result in a continuous systemic inflammation. Oxidized LDL See LDL Protocol leads to systemic inflammation. Oxidized triglycerides See Triglyceride Protocol leads to systemic inflammation. In fact ANY healthy body part which is being oxidized is causing inflammation; this will often denoted with any medical condition name ending with "itis" such as arthritis.

Then of course there are the infamous inflammation promoters sugar and HFCS. A lack of sufficient anti-oxidant levels promotes inflammation. Lack of exercise is very productive of inflammation. It turns out you really must clean up your life to totally avoid inflammation. This is because your body is using inflammation to do the best it can under the conditions your have put it. Please make a pact with your body while you both can.

Any unhealthy lifestyle or untreated disease condition can result in inflammation. This is why it is important to get a CRP blood test from time to time and remove all possible inflammation triggers.

IMO vaccinating our young children and old citizens or anyone is an INSANE or worse policy. As we have learned this chronic inflammation from vaccination also occurs in your gut and throughout your body to include your brain. Needles are good for knitting but not normally for bodies.

Please investigate the practice of "vaccination" and IMO reject it as a deadly scam. IMO this is possibly the best gift you can give your immune system; or more importantly the immune systems of your children and grandchildren. Doctor Moulden, Patrick Jordan and others explain how ischemia, chronic inflammation allergies often follow the barbaric practice of "vaccination" in a deadly cascade. Your body uses its inflammation process to heal itself. There are two parts to inflammation; the pro-inflammation phase and the inflammation clean up. The Omega 6 EFAs (See Omega 6 EFA Protocol) tend to produce pro-inflammatory substances and the Omega 3 EFAs produce inflammation calming substances.  This is one reason the two should be balanced in your body. If you have 40 times as much inflammation producing as inflammation calming building blocks you are in trouble. If you eat a SAD (See SAD Protocol) you will have this unbalanced EFA problem.

It is also important to realize that as important as the omegas are they should not constitute too high a percent of your calories. The omegas require a high level of vitamin E and other fat soluble antioxidants to keep them from oxidizing in your body.

Boswellia and Inflammation

Almost all disease involves inflammation. After  you have addressed the CAUSE of your health problem you can safely address the inflammation with Boswellia.

      

Fish Oil is HIGHLY Anti-Inflammatory

Some studies have also noted a decrease in morning stiffness and at least two clinical trials concluded that arthritis patients who took fish oils could eliminate or sharply reduce their use of NSAIDs and other arthritis drugs.”    Hans R. Many studies confirm the anti-inflammatory properties of fish oil. IMO don't miss the prophylactic power of fish oil in your daily anti-inflammation regimen.

Turmeric a Powerful Natural Anti-Inflammatory

"Turmeric has been found especially helpful in treating (Inflammatory) conditions like arthritis, sports injuries, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, tendonitis and various autoimmune diseases. Some research even suggests that curcumin may also help those suffering asthma, inflammatory bowel disease and, yes, even cancer."   Alternative and Complementary Therapies February 2003, 9(1): 34-38.

For any inflammatory condition try some turmeric. For serious inflammation add some curcumin.

     

IMO here are some steps we each must constantly take to constantly combat unhealthy inflammation

  • Get a CRP test if you suspect inflammation and once in awhile even if you do not

  • Track down and solve any inflammation producing diseases/sources you may have

  • Find and remove sources of inflammation from your life, for example MANY of us are sensitive to gluten, many to dairy especially milk

  • Avoid known inflammation producing substances, this includes known allergens

  • Discover your currently unknown allergens

  • Continuously flood your body with healthy food and supplements with anti-inflammation properties such as antioxidants, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, omega 3 EFAs and fish oil

  • Stay away from needles, drugs and dope pushers legal, illegal and mandatory

     

Avoid to fight abnormal Inflammation

"What they have discovered that is truly profound is we understand now why you get the inflammatory response which has five characteristics: Pain, redness, heat, loss of range of motion, and swelling. All of those are the five hallmarks of inflammation and it turns out that that doesn’t have to happen. Inflammation in medicine is considered an important part of the healing process. Inflammation is really an artifact caused by lack of electrons in the tissues. What happens is, the neutrophils deliver the Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) to the site of injury. Some of those free radicals can leak into the surrounding tissue and damage healthy tissue. That’s what gives the inflammatory response.  If you have your feet on the ground after an injury; If you fall down and hurt yourself, if you can put the injured area or put your feet on the ground, electrons will come in to your body and spread through your tissues. Any free radicals that leak into the healthy tissue will immediately by neutralized electrically. The electrons are negative, the free radicals are positive, they neutralize each other. So really what is happening with grounding or earthing is you’re protecting your body from -- I call it, collateral damage.
