Kale Protocol

     

Kale is a Super Health Problem Preventative and Treatment Food. Have some OFTEN.

Kale is a Green Leafy Vegetable you MUST consider. Cooking destroys some of its key nutrition.  Kale is a Cruciferous Vegetable (See Cruciferous Vegetables Protocol) and thus should usually be cooked. I must confess though I often eat it raw in a salad.  Check out the nutritional data. The values for Lutein, Zeaxanthin and Vitamin K are off the scale. Kale is the king of vitamin K1, one cup has 547.39 micrograms of Vitamin K1 (684% DV), 34 calories.

I am tickled I like the taste of raw Kale. I would find a way to eat it even if I did not. Throw a little in your salad meals (See Salad Protocol). Your eyes (See Eye Protocol) will thank you.

  

HDL and Kale

"A new study found that drinking kale juice may be cholesterol's bane. The researchers gave 32 men 150 mL of kale juice daily for 12 weeks. At the end of the study, the juice increased their hard-to-raise HDL cholesterol by 27%. The HDL:LDL ratio improved by 52%. And it decreased their LDL by 10%. The atherogenic index, a measure of vascular risk, dropped by 24%.”    Doctor Robert Rowen MD     Note WOW this is EXPLOSIVE, most of us should die (in the WOW sense) for a 27% increase in HDL

HDL & Reverse Cholesterol Transport  Note clearly the more HDL transport you provide the less tissue imbedded cholesterol you will have. If your HDL reverse transport is greater than your cholesterol deposits you will not develop much cholesterol in any arterial plaque you may have. Be sure to get RID of ALL your arterial plaque.

Kale is a super easy way to provide some of this terribly important reverse cholesterol transport.

       

The Cruciferous Family Contains Cyanogenic Compounds

All members of the Cruciferous family of vegetables appear to contain cyanogenic compounds which under favorable conditions will produce toxic to a cell cyanide. Your marvelous body arranges this when the cell needs to be killed as in cancerous cells. Please read the Vitamin B17 protocol to see how this is accomplished.

Don't be afraid of a little cyanide; your wonderful body is quite adept at using VERY TOXIC substances in a highly controlled manner to get rid of all sorts of bad guys who find their way into your body. If you add some carrots it will supply vitamin A; olive oil will add a monosaturated fat. These guys like soy which we KNOW is a no, no. So trust but VERIFY. With any recipe ALWAYS substitute a salubrious ingredient for any know bad ingredient.
