can be a VERY See Omega 3 Protocol healthy food.
Commercial farming of
livestock often results in an unhealthy food product.
If you eat a lot of meat you MUST IMO make
the effort to obtain organic grass fed meat.
Since 75% of antibiotics (See Antibiotics Protocol)
used goes into our food animals you MUST make sure you are not eating these
poisons. Pesticides are commonly used on animals. One advantage of buying good
meat from a small operation is GREAT deals are possible if you buy in bulk. Beef
that is much better can be much cheaper! If you do not have the freezing
capacity you can split with friends.
Grass
Fed Facts Wild game is a great food.
Be sure to eat the organs, they are loaded with nutrition. Carnivorous animals
eat the organs first and often cache the muscle meat for later eating if organs
become scarce.
Commercial Animal FEED is NOT Good “Isoflavones are potent phytoestrogens found in soybeans. Soybean meal constitutes a main ingredient of poultry feed and isoflavones may transfer into eggs and tissues. Our objective was to determine the transfer and accumulation of isoflavones from the feed into hen eggs and tissues, making them isoflavone sources in the human diet. Isoflavone content of commercial eggs with different claims were analyzed by HPLC-MS after hydrolysis. All commercial samples contained soy isoflavones and the metabolite equol. Then, 48 laying hens were fed soy-free, regular (25% soybean meal) or Isoflavone rich diet. Isoflavones were found in experimental eggs and tissues. Enhancement of the diet with 500 mg isoflavones/100g feed resulted on egg yolks containing 1000μg isoflavones/100g while livers, kidneys, hearts and muscles contained 7162 μg/100g, 3355 μg/100g , 272 μg/100g and 97 μg/100g , respectively. The results showed that diet can be altered to modulate isoflavone content in hen eggs and tissues.” Quantification of Soy Isoflavones in Commercial Eggs and Their Transfer from Poultry Feed into Eggs and Tissues, Note 1 μg = 1 mcg. Well there goes my beloved chicken livers Folks if the isoflavones from GMO soy feed is getting into the animal meat we can assume all the other GMO mangled proteins and other GMO garbage is also getting into the meat and animal products. Ouch!
GMO Fed Animals Present Problems IMO Commercially raised animals are mostly fed GMO soy and corn. This will introduce some GMO components into the animal products. Pasture fed animals perhaps supplemented with organic grains and hay is the way to go IMO. I know this is difficult to achieve. that is probably why I do not eat much meat. There is some good news here. Farmers are finding feeding GMO is yielding dead and non-fertile animals and are switching back to non-GMO feed.
When you eat a diet of mostly processed food, you are eating
largely
GMO Soybeans,
GMO Corn, GMO sugar and soon GMO white flour, This is Proven to produce CANCER
and MANY other problems. Please view the videos below to see how insane this
is. This GMO "food" will bring on
health problems sooner rather than later. Likely you will visit your local
sawbones. He will tell you "Ah yes you have digestive problems; take this drug."
The toxic drug will not solve your problem and will introduce other perhaps
larger problems. Just stopping the GMO crap will often solve MANY problems.
