Please Don't Base Your Health on MYTH

As adults, we form most of our ideas about health through information gleaned from media; television, radio, books, Internet. Unfortunately, much of this information is either inaccurate, just plain wrong or it is disinformation designed to deceive you. Over the years this inaccurate information builds into an encyclopedia of MYTH.

If you promote an inaccuracy long enough and often enough by “authoritative” sources, many, most, people will believe it.

At one time or the other I too believed many of these Medical Myths. For twenty years I did not eat a single extremely healthy egg yoke. I simply had not critically examined the cholesterol  issue. Much popular medical opinion is myth; much of it promulgated by medical authorities who should and mostly do know better. Shame on them but far worse is on us if we act on this myth. 

For example MOST medical doctors will not take their annual flu needle but almost ALL of them will strongly recommend YOU get your annual flu shot.  What is wrong with this picture? Is it not time for you to look carefully at these life and death issues? Once you learn the honest facts, informed, VERY often correct, health related decisions are often VERY easy to make.

What is Disease? 

 

A Life Based on Myth is Often Shortened

America is for the most part operating as if these and thousands of other medical, historical and political myths are the truth. This is leading our nation down the road to slavery and IMO genocide. In the health field three of the biggest myths are 1) Drugs can cure you of disease,  2) The “government” cares about your health. and 3) The "medical establishment" is doing all it can to bring you good health.

   

How to Understand Many "Medical Mysteries"
