MSG is found in many processed foods. There are over 40-food ingredients other than "monosodium glutamate" that contain processed free glutamic acid (MSG). This free glutamic acid is what excites then kills your brain cells just like COCAINE. This deception in labeling (See Reading Labels Protocol) makes MSG an extremely hard character to deal with just like any drug dealer.
When a food manufacturer tells you there is no processed free glutamic acid in a product that made you ill, ask the manufacturer to back up his claim by providing you with a "free amino acid" assay. If there is any free glutamic acid found, you can assume that the product contains MSG. When a food manufacturer tells you that any MSG in his product couldn't possibly harm you because it is "naturally occurring," inform the manufacturer that both arsenic and hydrochloric acid are "naturally occurring," too.
If MSG weren’t harmful, it wouldn't be hidden
MSG is contained in thousands of Processed Foods (See Processed Foods Protocol). MSG is put in most fast foods (See Fast Food Protocol) and many restaurant foods (See Restaurant Food Protocol). MSG is dirt-cheap and it makes food taste and SMELL good. When they process food they take most of the good stuff out, the result is tasteless. MSG puts good taste back in the tasteless calories that is processed food. MSG makes you REMEMBER the food product after years of not eating it. You walk past a fast food joint and smell the burgers. OH that smells good. There are MSG molecules in your nose and they are talking to your brain. Your brain remembers and it WANTS more MSG because MSG is an addictive toxic drug no different from COCAINE. You walk past a bag of chips and you start to salivate. Think about that for a second folks. We truly have criminals in charge of our food supply.
Infant formulas and baby food still contain this poison, even though infants are the most at risk. The vaccines (See Vaccine Protocol) we forcefully inject into our babies and young children bodies are laced with MSG. Why? Why do vaccines have MSG? Your might ask your doctor.

MSG is also a likely cause contributing to the obesity epidemic. As the FDA continues to vouch for its safety, scientists have known that MSG causes obesity since the 1960s! You probably know why by now. MSG produces the dangerous visceral fat, increases your risk of cardiovascular disease, Type 2 Diabetes (See Diabetes Type2 Protocol), blindness, fatigue, headaches, depression, and insomnia and many more health problems. There are about 80 symptoms of MSG poisoning making it extremely hard to pinpoint your problem. The dangers surrounding MSG are, perhaps, most concerning for new moms who are unable to breastfeed, and are looking for an alternative to the MSG-laden infant formulas on the market. You CANNOT feed your infants and young kids this poison. Mom please feed your infant the good stuff from your breast if it is humanly possible. Don’t subject your baby to this poison. God only knows what your baby’s brain will be like by the time she is TWO!

The bottom line is that you are going to need to invest some time in the kitchen processing raw food for your self and for your family if you want to stay healthy and avoid processed foods containing MSG and other poisons. Foods do need processing but they must usually be eaten within minutes of the processing.
Even with raw food you have to watch for MSG. Some stores will wax their fruit and vegetables with wax that contains what? Yep MSG. Ask the produce manager. See if he looks you in the eyes when he answers. It is almost impossible to eat processed food and avoid MSG. They are adding new substances that contain MSG to our food almost every week. It is impossible for me. I gave up. I eat almost NO junk food (See Junk Food Protocol).
