IMO Life Extension has given us the last major part of the complete arthritis picture. We now have all the information required to stop and reverse OA and probably much of RA.

Unless this auto-immune attack is stopped healing an existing arthritis condition is very difficult. We know it is possible but how much easier if we stop the auto-immune attack on our joints in ADDITION to doing all else we know is proven to work. IMO the only way to approach arthritis

The trio of Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM has proven itself to often relieve the pain of arthritis as it rebuilds the joint tissue. You will need to stick with these three for awhile as it often takes many months to bring back a badly neglected joint.

Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM are all sulfate containing substances. As doctor Seneff tells us sulfur is critical for our heart and brain. I have been eating celery seeds almost every day for my gout (See Gout Protection Protocol) for thirty or so years. Since I have been eating one or more heaping teaspoons of Celery Seeds per day I have not had a single serious attack of gout. Of course that’s probably also because I have learned to avoid too many gouty foods and drink lots of good water (See Water Amount Protocol). Please visit my gout protocol for all the details.

Over the years i have come to the conclusion that perhaps the Celery Seed that has eliminated gout from my life may also have helped eliminate all  the other 100 or so forms of Arthritis I also do not have. All the evidence I have seen seems to support this conclusion of mine.

Researchers have concluded that countries with lower boron levels in the soil had much more arthritis. Perhaps this does not prove anything but it tells me to supplement with boron.

  

Curcumin and Arthritis
