Oxygen Delivery Protocol
“All chronic pain, suffering and diseases are caused from a lack of oxygen at the cell level." Doctor A.C. Guyton, MD
Making sure you properly and fully oxygenate your 100 trillion cells is a large part of your quest for good health IMO. Oxygen in the air is brought into your body by your lungs; the oxygen is transferred to your red blood cells which flow in your blood stream through your circulatory system until it reaches the micro arteries which deliver the oxygen into the intercellular fluid; here the oxygen molecules detach from the red blood cells and enter the intercellular fluid where they are picked up by individual cells requiring oxygen.
These are the Elements required to deliver oxygen into Intercellular Fluid and your Cells
Oxygen is delivered throughout your body mainly by your red blood cells.
To do their job your red blood cells need Seven main things.
1) Iron: Iron (See Iron Protocol) and copper (See Copper Protocol) are required to bind oxygen to the red blood cell. Please note too much free iron can promote cancer and too much copper can exclude iron. You must balance the two and chelate free iron.
2) Omega 3 EFA: Omega 3 EFA is required to give your red blood cell suppleness. The red blood cell must squeeze thru micro arteries in the last part of its journey to deliver its oxygen to an individual cell. This micro artery has a diameter that is less than the diameter of the red blood cell. If you do not feed your body enough omega 3 EFA your body will be forced to use another fat to build your red blood cell membrane. This may result in not enough of your red blood cells reaching the area of their targeted cells to release their oxygen.
3) Omega 6 EFA: Omega 6 EFA (See Omega 6 EFA Protocol) is required by your red blood cells to attract oxygen into the red blood cell. Omega 6 EFA binds strongly to oxygen; ALL other fatty acids bind much less efficiently. Most people have an excess of omega 6 EFAs but it’s an adulterated processed omega 6 from processed polyunsaturated vegetable oils (See Polyunsaturated Oils Protocol), processed foods, processed fast food (See Fast Food Protocol) and other processed junk food. Thus less oxygen will be delivered to your cells. You need to eliminate the contaminated omega 6s and get good undenatured omega 6s in an amount about equal to your good omega 3s.
4) The blood:
The blood delivering the red blood cells to all your body’s cells must not
contain foreign protein debris, excess fibers and fibrinogen, thrombi and other impediments which can
it from reaching those cells.
Your blood must also have it's normal pH of about 7.4 and not be too
acidic or it will not be able to carry oxygen to your cells and
carbon dioxide away from your cells. Our SAD (See SAD
Protocol) diet promotes an acidic body state and is HIGHLY pro cancer.
You can change your pH with a little work.

6) Cell walls:
Every one of your 100 trillion body cells must have a
cell wall constructed of good omega 3 and good omega 6 EFAs, cholesterol
and saturated fats to ensure the proper transfer of oxygen from the recently
delivered oxygen into the cell. The denatured processed omega 6, mostly in the
form of processed polyunsaturated vegetable oil
(See Polyunsaturated Oil
Protocol) often found in today's cell wall
is proven to exclude oxygen from the cell. Cheap processed Polyunsaturated Vegetable oils are a prime
candidate to eliminate from your diet if you fear cancer; IMO do it even if you do
not fear anything; they are keeping oxygen from your cells among other negative

Cell Respiratory Enzymes and Coenzymes: “Cell respiration is impaired if the active
groups of the respiratory enzymes are not present; cell respiration is repaired
at once, if these groups are present.” Doctor Otto Warburg
Cell respiration requires the following co-enzymatic metals
“Get enough copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, selenium, and zinc, in a “truly chelated” bioavailable form. These are the minerals that Dr. Warburg would use because they influence and maximize the respiratory (co)enzymes for maximum oxygen transfer to occur. They help EFAs do their job. Make sure they are in bioavailable form (truly chelated meaning chemically bonded to an amino acid) or they won’t be maximally effective.”
The final step of the
oxygen's trip into your cells requires the transportation of the
oxygen in the intercellular fluid outside the cell wall, through the cell wall into the cell interior. These metals are required
to assist the respiratory enzymes in this respiratory transfer of oxygen.

You can Measure the Oxygen Delivery in Your Body
Pulse Oximeters will measure the oxygen delivery in your body. Healthy people usually have a blood oxygen reading of over 95. Cancer patients often have a level below 70. If you have a reading much below 95 IMO you need to assure all the elements on this page and the oxygen protocol until you get your reading up above 95.
