PMS is a symptom cluster of a woman's monthly ovulation cycle that is not optimal. IMO you must correct this and not only to relieve the symptoms. PMS is telling you you have a hormone lack and/or an excess somewhere; it is your job to locate and correct this.

Start with looking at estrogen dominance, progesterone, constipation, excess estrogen removal.  and stress.

Progesterone and estrogen BALANCE each other and help to balance ALL your hormones. Unbalanced progesterone and estrogen can bring on MANY of the PMS symptoms. USUALLY you have too much estrogen and often too much of the wrong types of estrogen, not always; get tested if you can.

Simply eating some cruciferous vegetables or suplements made from them can increase progesterone. DIM is a balancer of Estrogen metabolism and also raises progesterone level when necessary. Both of these hormones need to be balanced in both women and men. IMO give DIM a try for many PMS problems. DIM is also a great NUTRIENT for the prevention of many other problems both hormone and cancer et al related. My daughter is using I3C, a DIM precursor and claims it has helped her PMS.
