RDA Protocol continuation

     

The RDA is IMO Political Dogma

"We can find no scientific or even rational reasons for the current [Vitamin C] RDA values. The published justifications show clear and unambiguous bias. If the RDA recommendations are genuine, they should be defended in open scientific debate. As far as we can see, the reluctance to engage in open discussion with independent nutritional scientists suggests that the RDA is not scientifically viable." Doctors Steve Hickey and Hilary Roberts

The RDA is in fact a political measure of the poor nutritional qualities of much of our food supply and is being used as part of the medical tyranny impressed on the “Land of the Free”.

   

We are each INDIVIDUALS

“We are each biochemically unique. What is best for you may be different for what is best for me. One person may need ten or one hundred times as much of one nutrient as another.” Doctor James S. Gordon MD

To start with we all have DIFFERENT needs. We are not all young healthy people. The cruel joke is many young people are no longer healthy in part because of the RDA and its pervasive influence on our food supply and political medicine! Many of us want to exceed our minimum needs in nutrition as well as in life. Many of us do not want minimal health we want optimal health. Individual nutritional needs may vary by a factor of 100 between individuals. You may need 10 grams of vitamin C and 100 milligrams of vitamin E. I may need 3 grams of vitamin C and 1000 milligrams of vitamin E for OPTIMAL health.

   

Design your OWN RDA

So what do you do with the RDA? Decide how much of the essential vitamins, minerals and supplements YOU need and make sure you get them in your diet or as a supplement. Learn the few nutrients that are toxic in large amounts; learn these amounts. Most other nutrients may be freely taken at levels many times that of the RDA. I want to get too MUCH of these rather than too LITTLE. Do this while you can, soon the CODEX (See CODEX Protocol) will make it AGAINST THE LAW or ten times as expensive as it is now.

    

My RDA

Here are my more reasonable Daily Requirement Amounts. Set your own requirements according to YOUR needs. You can use these as a rough guide until you have yours worked out in detail. Fat soluble nutrients, with the exception of vitamin K, can usually be taken on an other than daily basis as long as you achieve this daily average. Water soluble nutrients should be taken in divided portions daily. EFAs can be taken on average over several  weeks, likewise minerals.

    

Vitamins water soluble amounts per day

B-1 Thiamine: 25 mg
B-2 Riboflavin: 25 mg
B-3 (See Vitamin B3 Protocol): 300 mg
B-6 (See Vitamin B6 Protocol): 25 mg
Folate (See Folic Acid Protocol): 4,000 mcg most as folate in fresh raw food, 1600 mcg supplement
C (See Vitamin C Protocol): 3,000 mg in divided dose

   

Vitamins water soluble amounts

B-12 (See Vitamin B12 Protocol): Is stored by your liver. 500 mcg Sublingual form of Methylcobalamin at least once or twice a month. Animal liver often.

     

Vitamins oil soluble amounts per day on average, take with oil

A not taken directly unless at start of flu as 50,000 - 100,000 IU

A eat lots of carotene (See Carotene Protocol) and your body will make on demand

Carotene (See Carotene Protocol) cooked carrots or sweet potatoes twice a week at least two pounds total

D3 50,000 IU at start of flu and when coming down with the flu or bad cold
D3 (See Vitamin D Protocol): at least 8,000 IU/day with largest meal
if no sun; the sun is best
E (See Vitamin E Protocol): 400 IU d-alpha tocopherol, mixed tocopherols and mixed tocotrienols. Once or twice a week.

K (See Vitamin K Protocol)  natto once or twice a week is best, assure good K2 intestine production

    

Minerals amounts per day on average

Be sure to assure your 10 to1 balance of Zinc to Copper

Zinc (See Zinc Protocol): 25 mg

Copper (See Copper Protocol): 2.5 mg   from food do not supplement

  

Be sure to assure your 1 to 1 balance of Calcium and Magnesium

Calcium (See Calcium Protocol): 300 – 600 mg depending on your body pH not usually as supplements unless under doctor’s care

Magnesium (See Magnesium Protocol): 1000 - 2000 mg/day as supplement if required

Chromium (See Chromium Protocol): 600 mcg, 1,000 mcg if diabetic, pre diabetic or overweight all as supplement

Iodate (See Iodine Protocol): 13 mg/day at least from food or many kelp tablets/day as supplement, seaweed at least once a week IMO is sound

Iron (See Iron Protocol)  men normally chelate excess, menstruating women normally take meat with vitamin C

Potassium (See Potassium Protocol) 10,000 mg all as raw fresh food

Selenium (See Selenium Protocol): 400 mcg 1,000 if under cancer treatment 

Sodium (See Salt Protocol) 500 mg – 3000 mg or more depending on sweat load, none normally required if you are eating processed food

  

Starting at about age 40 if bone concerns
Strontium (See Strontium Protocol): 680 mg at bed time

  

Essential Fatty Acids average per day

Take in about equal amounts

Omega 3 EFA about 3 - 5 grams

Omega 6 EFA about 5 grams assure GOOD Omega 6s

  

GLA One gram

DHA 1.5 grams

EPA 1.5 grams

   

Other

Sunshine (See Sunshine Protocol) as much as you can get “unprotected” skin please

Water (See Water Amount Protocol) until urine runs clear
