The evidence continues to mount sugar especially FRUCTOSE should be close to eliminated from your diet for MANY reasons, cancer is one important reason. I try to never ingest a single gram of table sugar, never knowingly ingest HFCS or pure fructose. Now I am sure I get small amounts despite my best efforts. That I can live with.
