Revealing the connection between sugar and cancer...again

"All sugars, including manuka honey and molasses are acid forming and can cause cancerous body cells. All sugars are acidic waste products from fermenting matter. Meat and dairy products were rare treats."   Doctor Wim Romijn, Note many of the "prosperous" items not available we know are anti-health if not pro-cancer. The Rye bread and sugar may be kickers. Rye is rich in vitamin B17.  A sugar free diet is proving to be a powerful cancer treatment and is IMO preventative.  This demonstrates that a primitive diet can be far healthier than a "prosperous" diet.

Today we eat about 25% of our calories as SUGAR

Folks you simply CANNOT be healthy if you eat 25% of your calories as sugar; or 20%; or 10%; eat perhaps 3% to 2%; I shoot for less than 1%.

The evidence continues to mount sugar especially FRUCTOSE should be close to eliminated from your diet for MANY reasons, cancer is one important reason. I try to never ingest a single gram of table sugar, never knowingly ingest HFCS or pure fructose. I try not to ingest glucose unless I am in glucose deficit as when exercising. Now I am sure I get small amounts of the universally present sugars despite my best efforts. That I can live with.

Cancer cells are vigorous consumers of glucose which they use for energy. Cancer cells use fructose for cell division. Table sugar is one half glucose and one half fructose and ALL cancer promotion.
