How the Tooth Decay Mechanism works

When we eat a healthy diet LOW or absent in processed sugar there is a flow of fluid from the internal pulp of the tooth to the exterior of the tooth. This liquid washes all food and acids off the tooth surface and NATURALLY protects the tooth from decay caused by most ANYTHING. A diet of processed sugar REVERSES the flow. Now decay causing substances to ENTER the tooth.

Here are steps for a thorough tooth, gum, mouth and upper respiratory cleaning that will kill anything alive in your mouth that is not you. You do not have to perform all these steps every time you brush but try to do this complete protocol at least once a week or so. Too much H2O2 (See H2O2 Protocol) will mildly burn, not seriously, the tissues of your mouth and too little may allow some germs to live, find the balance.

  • Brush with your non-fluoride toothpaste

  • Floss

  • Use a mechanical tooth-cleaning device if you have one.

  • Rinse your mouth with a mixture of 1.5% Hydrogen Peroxide and water. Rinse for fifteen seconds or so with a vigorous pushing between the teeth and a gargling action. Lots of foaming means the H2O2 is oxidizing something. Spit out the H2O2 when finished.

  • Rinse with water

  • Empty a capsule of Echinacea (See Echinacea Protocol), a capsule of Goldenseal (See Goldenseal Protocol), 1600 mcg of folic acid (See Folic Acid Protocol) and two capsules of Nettle (See Nettle Protocol) into your dry mouth. Your saliva will soon make a liquid mixture. Swish this mixture around your mouth for as long as possible with a vigorous pushing between your teeth. I shoot for about ten minutes or more and often go for a half hour. Constantly swallow a little of this mixture as your saliva adds too much volume to hold in your mouth. Swallow it all when done.

  • Don’t rinse your mouth out

  • Don’t eat or drink

  • Some half hour later spray a little magnesium chloride oil (See Magnesium Chloride Oil Protocol) in your mouth. Swish it around a few seconds and swallow it.

  • Don’t rinse your mouth out

  • Don’t eat or drink

  • Some half hour later Rinse with Xylitol (See Xylitol Protocol) water. Swallow this

  • Don’t rinse your mouth out

  • Don’t eat or drink for at least one half hour

  • Done

If you encountered a lot of H2O2 foaming you may want to repeat this in less than a week. If you have gum problems try the above with just a tad, say half an eyedropper of the 3% H2O2 solution in a mouth of water, and you should be able to do this every day without burning your oral tissues with the H2O2.

As an aside you can now see that you do produce four pints of saliva a day.
