Men seek testosterone quick fix, with risks

Let’s consider a body builder with lots of pumped muscles who decides she wants to run marathons. She starts to train for running and leaves the weight room. Ninety-six hours after leaving the weight room her massive weight lifting muscles will begin to grow smaller and weaker. You must constantly stress a muscle or it will atrophy. The muscle will not turn to fat it will just grow smaller. The number of fibers in the muscle will grow less. After a half-year or so she will have lost many pounds of her weight lifting muscles. Her muscles used in running may grow depending on the load she places on them. If the running stresses a muscle more than her prior weight lifting that muscle will grow. Every muscle in your body responds in this manner.

In a similar fashion her bones will gain or lose mass and strength depending on the new load she places on them. Your bones are constantly being built up and torn down depending on what you eat (See pH Protocol) and what you do. If you are right handed your right arm and right leg have greater bone masses than your left ones, often as much as 8% more because you use them more than your weak side limbs.

Joints, tendons, ligaments, even your jaws and teeth and many other body parts will grow or atrophy depending upon the load you place on them.

   

Conclusion

If you give your body the building materials it will decide, depending on load, whether to build up or tear down every part of itself CONSTANTLY. It decides this depending on what you are currently DOING with it. It will do this until the day you die. You can literally have any body you wish. Just use your body in the manner you wish development to proceed and feed it well.

 

If that is not neat I don’t know what is. IMO it often seems too bad our bodies are not in charge.
