Laetrile is the commonly used term for amygdalin containing foods that have been processed to concentrate and refine the amygdalin. The FDA has declared Laetrile is a DRUG. The FDA ruled laetrile was non-toxic. More than 20 states allowed their citizens to use laetrile. The National Cancer Institute and the Mayo Clinic then conspired to get laetrile FRAUDUNLENTLY relisted as toxic. This is a method commonly used to remove efficacious inexpensive cancer treatments from competing with the 10,000 to 15,000 buck a month chemotherapy, sometimes not so slow death, Rockefeller cancer "treatment" racket.

Amygdalin is found in usually small amounts in over 1200 foods including apple seeds as well as apricot, cherry, peach, plum and prune pits. Wild berries also provide a good source of amygdalin. It is my rule to eat wild foods, ALL seeds, except those which can chip your teeth such as rose hip seeds. Often I will put cherries pits and all in my blender when making a fruit drink, this will give you a good amount of amygdalin. Just don't drink the few large sometimes sharp pieces that sink to the bottom of your glass.

Cancerous cells have an enzyme that releases the cyanide in amygdalin which kills the cancer cell. Healthy cells do not contain this enzyme and are thus not harmed by amygdalin. All this is verified in scientific papers.

Now folks think about this. Does this sound like your body knew all along it would be using this rather complicated, to develop anyway, mechanism to eliminate any cancerous cells and possibly other types of malignant cells that are created? Does your body count on you eating some of the 1200 diverse foods that contain vitamin B17?

Next question does your body count on your eating any of the diverse foods that contain vitamin B1; vitamin B2; vitamin B3; vitamin B4; ... OK you get the picture.

Your body needs that cyanide compound. Your body CANNOT create cyanide but it NEEDS cyanide. Please help out!

The old wives tale about some apple seeds killing you is hogwash. I have been eating the WHOLE, well washed and dried apple, often two, three or four a day, excluding only the stem for sixty five years, a trick my granddaddy taught me. I often break and eat the pits of apricots, peaches and plums.

Yes there may be a little cyanide in the seeds but it is a form of cyanide not harmful to your NON-MALIGNANT cells. There is also a lot of vitamins and minerals and there may be a LOT of anti-cancer and other malignancy protection in those same cyanide containing seeds. The Mormons, after much informal experimentation, think that cyanide as found in fruit pits helps prevent cancer and IMO they are correct.

IMO please don't pass up this powerful anti-malignancy mechanism that may be operative on much more than cancerous malignancy.  That is where the vitamin B17 designation comes from. Amygdalin may be a vitamin in that it is required for anti-malignancy protection.

The Chinese have been using amygdalin for 5000 years.

Sloan-Kettering is after all a "prestigious" cancer institute. IMO making sure you eat a little of these on a constant basis, in reasonable amounts, is good cancer prevention and other malignancy prevention. The FDA is going after apricot seeds but we can eat from this vast list to obtain our B17 and uck the FDA. I eat MANY of the foods on this list; many are VERY salubrious.

I have been eating seeds as long as I can remember. Now I see another important reason why.  As doctor Krebs tells us the hybridization of common fruits and vegetables has eliminated much of the vitamin B17 in the flesh of many fruits and vegetables. What vitamin B17 is left in our fruits and vegetables is in the SEEDS.

IMO go out of your way to eat ANY seed you come in contact with. A SMALL, more seed per apple, wild, never hybridized, crab apple would seem to be a perfect vitamin B17 source; it may have Vitamin B17 in its FLESH. Throw a handful of these crab apples thru your blender to cut  up the seeds.

Please make sure you chew well any seeds you wish to digest. Seeds are often designed to pass through digestive systems undigested.

If you read this protocol carefully and follow all the links herein you may come to an amazing conclusion. Vitamin B17 is indeed an ESSENTIAL for good health that your body cannot make itself but which you must eat daily or frequently because it is constantly washed out of your body?  IOW a member of the B Vitamin Family.

The key essential mechanism that B17 provides your body is the elimination of malignancy to include CANCER. From my reading of the evidence I believe this is the case.

If you eat the your WHOLE daily apple or two and carefully chew the seeds AND you eat frequently from this list of Vitamin B17 containing foods, you may be getting enough vitamin B17 to help keep you from getting most, perhaps all, cancer.

If you foolishly do not eat apples substitute the daily ingestion of one or more of the other B17 containing foods above. I eat most of them but making sure you eat at least one a day is probably a good idea. Several times a week I eat a few ounces of flax, buckwheat, sesame, millet, rye, yams or other bulk vitamin B17 source; IMO a large amount of B17 like this is also a good idea.

    

Grow Vitamin B17 in Your Backyard

Some of these B17 foods are easy to grow in your backyard. Elderberry grows like a weed; elderberry also has anti-viral properties. IMO use a native non-hybridized elderberry. Bamboo, another rapid grower, of some type will grow in most of the USA. Crab apple trees, preferably non-hybridized, of some type should also work. It is nice to have a home grown source of B17 to nibble on every day. It will be important when our increasingly tyrannical "government" starts getting serious about forcing us into Rockefeller's Cancer Treatment Racket houses of Cancer Death by making vitamin B17 increasingly harder to get.

     

Bottom Line on Vitamin B17

YOU must decide on the basis of the EVIDENCE AVAILABLE if vitamin B17 is or is not a vitamin. If it is not a vitamin and you eat salubrious vitamin B17 containing foods you will have LOST NOTHING. If vitamin B17 is a vitamin and you do not get enough you may LOSE EVERYTHING.

For me this is a no brainer.

If I had cancer vitamin B17 would be ingested in large, but not over large amounts, as I do now (without cancer?) AND I would do the hundreds of other things shown to fight cancer. Many of which I do now.
