Note get your vitamin D up to 60 ng/ml; not hard with good sunshine and vitamin D3 supplements, and you will reduce your Colon Cancer risk by over 75%. This graph roughly holds for vitamin D serum levels and MANY DISEASES.

Note this important chart is showing us very dark skinned people in America have very low levels of vitamin D, dark skinned people have a little better levels but still way too low. Light skinned people have better levels but still way too low for good health. In Africa the very dark skinned natives have fairly good levels of vitamin D; sufficient but less than excellent IMO. The Greater the Altitude the less All Cause Mortality and Morality from MANY Specific Diseases

“The lower mortality from CAD at moderate altitudes is in close agreement with that reported from Switzerland [1]. Reduced oxygenation at higher altitudes and altitude-related climate changes, e.g. temperature, UV-radiation, and/or air-pollution but also differences in dietary behavior were considered as potentially protective factors [1]. Similarly, a set of altitude-dependent environmental and life-style factors have been suggested to contribute to lower mortality from Alzheimer's disease at higher altitudes [2]. The present data extend preventive effects of living at higher elevations on male colorectal and female breast cancer mortality.”    Altitude and Mortality

It is clear to me that the decrease in Mortality, all cause and many specific diseases, with increasing altitude is mostly due to the increase in vitamin D from increased SUN EXPOSURE with altitude. It is very strange to me that no one in "Medicine" seems to have have put two and two together but given the decades of obfuscation and anti-vitamin D propaganda perhaps I should not be surprized. Note to big Medicine Inc. and the CDC you might want to examine the vitamin D blood levels at increasing altitude. Ya think!

      

Why IMO you NEVER need a “Flu Shot” what you need is Vitamin D

IMO if you get your vitamin D levels up to a truly sufficient level 50 – 65 ng/ml you may see VASTLY better results indeed Parkinson's may be IMPOSSIBLE IMO at 65 ng/ml

Dr Lucas' team discovered that the risk of having a first demyelinating event, which was estimated to be between two to nine cases per 100,000 people per year, was reduced by 30 percent for every 1,000 kilojoule increase in ultraviolet light exposure. Additionally, those with the most sun damage to their skin were 60 percent less likely to have a first event compared to participants with the least damage. With disease after disease there has been shown to be an association between the disease and latitude. The greater the latitude the greater the incidence of the disease. IOW the more sun the less disease.

Black and dark skinned people will have a problem acquiring vitamin D from the sun if you live too far north or south of the equator. Your dark skin filters out too much sun and is designed for a very bright nearly overhead sun shining most of the year. In a recent test only 8% of African-Americans had sufficient levels of vitamin D and almost NONE had optimal levels. Many in the health field believe this very low level of vitamin D in African-Americans may account for a part of their lower life expectancy.

IMO this extremely low level of vitamin D may explain why African-Americans and Hispanics have a vastly higher risk for AIDS. As we have seen (See AIDS Protection Protocol) AIDS advances by exhausting your cholesterol stores. Lower body stores of cholesterol and a lower effective sun dose is a double whammy when it comes to AIDS and other bio-weapons which operate by exhausting your cholesterol and vitamin D stores. IMO vitamin D and cholesterol when added together may offer an AIDS protection index.
