Phytoestrogen Protocol
“In a study of 99 fertility challenged men
conducted over six years men who regularly ate two or more ounces of soy-based
foods per day had 41 million fewer sperm per milliliter than men who didn’t.” Harvard School of Public Health,
Note
population control
anyone?
”Infants fed soy infant
formula are ingesting the equivalent of 2 to 5 birth control pills daily. This
is certainly one of the factors in premature sexual puberty in many of our
young girls. Soy is one of the factors in premature sexual puberty we can
control the most. ” Doctor Kayla Daniel Soy Specialist
“There are safe, natural
sources of estrogen which could be recommended in place of drugs. Many plants
have safe, mild estrogen substances called phytoestrogens which are available
to the body in minute, physiologic doses, and which can be used to safely supplement
a declining estrogen output. Hormones are only needed and used by the body in
tiny, very transient amounts. Transient means they only have to be around for a
second or two. A physiologic dose would mean a natural hormone like a
phytoestrogen or a wild yam-derived progesterone in the same amount as what
might be produced by the body for its own needs. Natural hormones can be
swiftly broken down after they have performed their function. They don't just
continue hour after hour like the synthetics or the xenoestrogens, which are
given in sledgehammer amounts called pharmacologic doses. Big difference.” The Doctor Within
"Resveratrol is a phytoestrogen with demonstrated
proapoptogenic effects that shows promise as an HRT alternative and
chemoprotective agent for breast cancer."
Life Extension, Note well ladies how about some resveratrol, grape seed extract
and curcumin?
Household Items that are Dangerous to your Hormones
Plants produce chemicals that
mimic estrogen and/or block estrogen, and/or block
progesterone. The human body
has receptors for both estrogen and
progesterone. These receptors will respond
not only to the body's hormones, but also plant hormones. In general,
phytoestrogens are thought to wash out of the body within several days in
contrast to months or decades that the synthetic chemical xenoestrogens take to
be excreted.
IMO taking certain
Phytoestrogens on an episodic basis is a good idea. For example researchers
have found that soy phytoestrogens reduced asthma symptoms and inflammation.
Now you probably know we don’t approve of unfermented soy (See Soybean
Protocol) but the ongoing soy controversy makes clear that there is
SOME good in soy and many studies
seem to confirm it. Instead of using soy phytoestrogen why not use another
phytoestrogen? I use a LOT of flax (See Flax Protocol).
In general, if a people have
been eating a particular food for centuries and have relatively small amounts
of estrogen-linked diseases, the food is safe to consume in reasonable
quantities.
Estrogen blockers Since all of us must
be on guard for estrogen dominance (See estrogen
dominance Protocol) I use many of these freely.
-
Alfalfa Sprouts
-
Beer
-
Coffee
-
Decaffeinated Coffee
- Chamomile
-
Fennel
-
Flax
-
Hops (Beer)
- Licorice
-
Motherwort
-
Sunflower seeds
- Red Clover
-
Pomegranate
-
Queen Anne's
lace (wild carrot)
- Yucca
progesterone blockers Most of these
herbs should only be consumed episodically. Since progesterone helps balance
estrogen we all, women in particular should use care in blocking progesterone.
Note some progesterone blockers also
block estrogen these are probably safer for
women. Licorice you need to be careful of.
Many of these herbs show up often on use with caution lists so IMO get to
know them before using.
- Bloodroot,
- Calamus,
- Chamomile,
- Cumin,
- Damiana,
- Fennel,
- Goldenseal,
- Licorice,
- Mandrake,
- Mistletoe,
- Nutmeg,
- Ocotillo,
- Oregano,
- Pennyroyal,
- Red Clover,
- Thyme,
- Turmeric,
- Verbenna,
- Yucca
XENOHORMONES AND YOUR HEALTH
"Avoid BPA, phthalates and
other xenoestrogens. These are
estrogen-like compounds that have been linked to increased breast cancer risk."
Doctor Joseph Mercola MD
Note they are also being used to decrease human fertility
The problem with flooding your body
with xenohormones is the foreign hormones send signals throughout your body;
signals that act as random noise or worse. These signals may cause a cell to
abort an action in progress or initiate a harmful action. IMO they may possibly
initiate cell destruction. Xenohormones threaten our very existence as a
Species. Which is why they are in our “food supply”.
depopulation politics
reigns supreme. Each generation more young couples have trouble conceiving a
child and often must pay many tens of thousands of dollars for what 100 years
ago took a simple roll in the hay to accomplish. In a generation or two no
amount of money will enable them to conceive, just as planned and engineered.
Please wake up we are being systemically exterminated. You can bet your bottom
dollar the Rothschilds and Rockefellers do not eat this crap.
Soy isoflavones may have a pharmaceutical use just as the
deadly SSRIs have a pharmaceutical use. But no one cognizant of health will use
them.
