Anemia Protection and Reversal Protocol

Anemia is the inability to get enough oxygen carrying iron and other factors into your sufficient number of red blood cells to enable them to carry the maximum oxygen they are able. Please remember that even if you assure your iron and other hemoglobin factors you can still  have anemia like problems if your blood is hypercoagulated or has other problems.

Anything that is causing internal bleeding such as eating wheat or gluten can show up as anemia. This internal bleeding can often show up as easy bruising with red or black bruised skin. Black or dark stools may also indicate internal bleeding of the GI tract.

Many times anemia is not so simple as just not eating enough iron rich foods; often it is coupled with losing too much iron and other factors. Medically several different types of anemia are recognized, including a low platelet count, low white blood cell count and several defeciencies. You must be a little of a detective; it will pay off in other areas as you examine your health.

If you need iron you cannot beat the liver of an animal; in fact even if you do not need extra iron animal liver is a GREAT food. I eat it often.

I eat a pound of chicken livers almost weekly. I keep a log of goose liver frozen in the freezer and from time to time by taste for, I slice off an inch or so. I suspect this taste is iron driven.
