Most people poorly absorb curcumin. Doctor Russell Blaylock MD has found that taking Turmeric with a little good fat (See Fat Soluble Nutrients Protocol) greatly increases curcumin absorption. Taking your turmeric with a little black pepper or piperine also greatly increases its absorption. I try to take both good fat and piperine with my turmeric and curcumin. Grind some pepper into the turmeric container and mix it up.

Curcumin is difficult for the human body to incorporate unless you take it with at least three adjuvants.

1) Fat

2) Black Pepper

3) Turmeric Root
