Colds and Flu Protocol

Flu Please Understand what you are Fighting in the Flu

A cold is usually a rhinovirus infection principally residing in your nose and upper respiratory tract. These viruses break out of confinement when your Vitamin D levels get too low during "cold and flu season".

The Seasonal Flu can be any of 200 or more species of virus which breakout of confinement when your Vitamin D levels get too low and results in a whole body viral infection during "cold and flu season."

Either way a VIRUS is not hard to defeat with simple immune boosting vitamins, minerals and techniques. "Vaccination" is NEVER required and is very damaging to your body and spirit. IMO MOST medical intervention results in a cold or flu becoming worse. Simple informed common sense methods will usually dispatch a cold or flu quickly and  uneventfully. As you will see a common cold can often be defeated in a single day if you are vigilant in acting on the first symptoms.

I did not even consider a cold and flu protocol UNTIL ...

So it is possible we may see an "Ebola/Common Cold" bio-weapon. Should this come to pass a fool proof method of fighting both a Cold and Flu will be required as this possible "Ebola Cold/Flu" may have a fatality rate of about 5% or so. I am guessing about this rate but any "Cold/Flu" which frequently kills will be very serious indeed and you will want to deal with it in a very serious manner.

The Difference Between a Cold and the Flu

COLD:

A cold is usually a rhinovirus infection confined to your nose and upper respiratory tract. You will often feel an itchiness, scratchiness or "sore throat" in your throat or mouth when coming down with a cold. If you have the runny nose and sneezing you usually have a cold.

      

FLU:

A Flu is usually a whole body non-specific viral infection.  The extensive nasal and upper respiratory symptomology of cold are usually not primary.

IMO if you have any nasal or upper respiratory symptoms treat for both a Cold AND the flu. BOTH are viral infections.

IMO vitamin D is essential to protect and enable BOTH your immune systems, especially in the defense of your lungs, upper respiratory tract and in the case of flu, your whole body, against Colds and the flu. Instead of slowly killing our pregnant women, children and the rest of us with "vaccinations" we could simply insure vitamin D. Why do we not?

Vitamin D is REQUIRED for a good immediate immune response. Vitamin D is a basic pro-oxidant tool your body uses freely to immediately destroy invaders such as rhinoviruses and ALL viruses, throughout your body. A good level of vitamin D in your body year around insures the many viruses resident in your body year around will stay confined to a few areas near your spinal cord. When your vitamin D levels fall too low these resident viruses break out of confinement and invade  your body or in the case of rhinoviruses your upper respiratory tract.

Lacking vitamin D means your immune system is lacking an ESSENTIAL TOOL. A cold or flu virus must be attacked and defeated quickly or the infection drags on and can put you in bed or worse.

   

H2O2 and Colds/Flus

“Many patients at my clinic have had remarkable results in curing colds and flu within 12 to 14 hours when administering a few drops of three percent hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) into each ear. This is really easy to do. All you need to do is use regular hydrogen peroxide that you purchase for about $1 in nearly any pharmacy or grocery store. It is not necessary to dilute it. What I do is take the cap off the bottle and fill the cap with peroxide. This is about the amount that fills your ear canal.  You will hear some bubbling, which is completely normal, and possibly feel a slight stinging sensation. Wait until the bubbling and stinging subside (usually 5 to 10 minutes), then drain onto a tissue or the sink and repeat with the other ear. About 75% of viruses that successfully enter your body come in through your ears. As the above quotes make clear putting a few drops of H2O2 in each ear will kill the viruses that cause colds and flues. Do this each day until the earache and virus is gone. Pay close attention to very mild earaches and apply the H2O2 as soon as you notice it.

This is also a great prophylactic health practice that will protect you from MANY pathogens and is certainly worth doing often. I always do it for any mild earache. The H2O2 will also destroy most pathogens; bacteria, fungi, parasites ect.
