Glucose Spike Control

This is a short form of the complete diabetes protection and treatment protocol.  This protocol is intended to be a quick read of the long somewhat difficult to read and comprehend complete diabetes protocol. This protocol is a short list of things you should do and think about DAILY to prevent the deadly glucose spikes we often get after meals. You MUST realize that all that sugar and simple carbs flooding your digestive system is KILLING you; slowly hopefully.

There is a LOT you can do to prevent this disaster; starting by completely or almost completely AVOIDING the deadly sugar and its deadly partners, HFCS, Fructose and simple carbs. If you do eat sugar et al please eat some cinnamon with it; this HELPS.
