Sex Protocol

“The aphrodisiac effect was monitored by the act of yawning and stretching because yawning, either alone or associated with stretching, is considered an ancestral vestige surviving throughout evolution that promotes sexual arousal. The results showed that 800 mg/kg of E. longifolia Jack increased yawning by 50% and stretching by 16.7% in sexually sluggish old male rats, by 676-719% and 31-336%, respectively, in sexually active male rats, and by 22-44% and 75-100%, respectively, in middle aged, 9 months old and retired breeders. One of the best ways to get more nitric oxide is with a short, high-intensity workout.”     Doctor Al Sears MD, Note this applies to both men and women. WOW it appears LONG sex sessions can be a GREAT tonic for your cardiovascular system! The short high intensity workout is done, say pushups to exhaustion, BEFORE the LONG relaxed sex.

“Anal sex is mechanically similar to large stools and straining, only in reverse and much longer in duration. In addition to fissures and hemorrhoids, it is likely to cause infections and ulcerations that may turn cancerous. Also, by age 35-40, anal sex is likely to provoke irreversible, anorectal nerve damage that commonly precedes chronic constipation. Testosterone (See Testosterone Protocol) is the sex hormone for both men and women. So make sure your levels are good.

  

Studies have correlated frequency of sex with:

 High levels of sugar in your bloodstream can turn off the gene that controls your sex hormones.

 Men who produce a lot of sperm may run short on zinc (See Zinc Protocol) as quite a bit of zinc is in each ejaculation.

Note this holds for women too as it maintains their clitoral erections

“If you don’t maintain good blood flow, you won’t have sex at all. Arginine is an amino acid and a “building block.” Your body uses it to make something called “nitric oxide” or No2. When you get aroused, No2 is released by the lining of your blood vessels. It’s one of your body’s “sex signals” that tells your blood vessels to relax and expand. The other nutrient gives arginine a big boost. It’s called pycnogenol. The two together are causing a sensation. Imagine maintaining proper blood flow? It’s no wonder the men in the study were having twice as much sex. Pycnogenol “recycles” arginine, which means it keeps it active and flowing in your blood, so you can maintain maximum blood flow for as long as possible.”   Doctor Al Sears MD, Note IMO you can substitute Grape Seed Extract for the more expensive pycnogenol. OTOH if you have the bucks and a sex starved wife get the proven pycnogenol. Please note the NO2 will also maintain your endothelial tissue and thus keep CVD at bay. LONG sex sessions also improve your heart. Sex more often AND a healthy heart; can’t beat it with a stick.

   

Of course since more than half of sex is in your mind and heart don’t neglect them. Flowers have been known to work since we lived without shoes. The reasons flowers work go back to before clothes.
