Varicose Veins Protection Protocol

   

“Varicose veins are rarely seen in the parts of the world where a high fiber unprocessed diet is eaten.” Trowell et al

Almost half of us middle aged or older adults have some varicose veins. Straining when defecating  or  lifting heavy weights is a major cause of varicose veins. Fiber, water and lifting lighter weights more times are the simple cures.

Individuals with varicose veins often have a decreased ability to break down fibrin (See Bloodstream Cleanse Protocol). Fibrin is deposited near the varicose vein. It’s a good idea to get your visible varicose veins under control because they can be markers for the health of your circulatory system.

Should you develop serious varicose veins you should frequently execute the blood coagulation protocol which will help dissolve any resulting blood clots. IMO any signs of DVT requires a SERIOUS examination of your life style and a rework to avoid this SERIOUS problem. I take grape seed extract, cocoa, gotu kola, Horse chestnut extract, and several other supplements habitually, in part to keep my varicose veins under control; this is helping avoid DVT.

Ever since I started eating about an ounce of unsweetened cocoa powder a day on average and taking my varicose vein foods and supplements, my varicose veins have improved. The only time they protrude excessively now is in the summer on a hot day. This I can live with.

  

Exercise and Varicose Veins

“Other activities can worsen venous reflux. We encourage avoiding these activities or performing them in very short segments combined with aerobic activity.”    Exercise and Varicose Veins   Note good Vein information here The key seems to be to mix the strength training with aerobic training at the SAME time.

“Strenuous exercise can put a strain on the venous circulation. As blood flows up the leg veins back to the heart, it flows through the vena cava in the abdomen. Increasing the abdominal pressure by heavy lifting and straining impedes blood from traveling back to the heart. The venous blood then pools in the leg veins increasing the venous pressure and venous reflux or reversal of flow in the leg veins into varicose veins in the legs. Weightlifting is not a great form of exercise for healthy veins for life. If you do lift weights, use good lifting techniques: lower weight and high rep routines, exhale when you lift, and incorporate aerobic activity such as walking or riding a stationary bike immediately afterward in order to get the blood circulating again. IMO work to develop strong calf and lower leg muscles including the foot muscles. Get your lower leg blood pump into max shape.

  

Citrus Peel Extract

Citrus Peel Extract has been used for decades in Europe to strengthen the veins. It is claimed Citrus Peel Extract can virtually eliminate varicose veins for most people who take it. Citrus Peel Extract has a strengthening effect on collagen (See Collagen Protocol) with a preference for veins. When using any citrus fruit I try to eat all the white and as much as the peel as possible in addition to the pulp.

I noticed once I doubled my intake of Grape Seed Extract my varicose vein problem seemed to drop .

     

Gotu Kola and Varicose Veins

If you view the gotu kola protocol you will see gotu kola is helpful in every aspect of proper and sound vein formation.

How Horse Chestnut Reduces Swelling, Improves Circulation

"Horse Chestnut: How does it work? Horse chestnut contains a substance that thins the blood. It also makes it harder for fluid to leak out of veins and capillaries and weakly promotes fluid loss through the urine to help prevent water retention (edema)."   Web MD

Horse chestnut has proved as effective as compression stockings in improving leg veins.

One strange but pleasant side effect of strengthening your vascular system is you may gain quite bit of increase in the stiffness of your erections. Yes Ladies we all have them. After thirty years of ever softening erections once I got the vein leakage in my leg veins noticeably improved I reverted to near 18 again in other areas.

Bicycling seems to make my varicose veins recede.

    

Avoid to Prevent Varicose Veins
