As you can see above it is highly recommend that you begin to regularly take Ginkgo after the age of 50 or so.

    

Even the orthodox Journal of the American Medical Association reported Ginkgo is well tolerated and effective.

I have been taking 60mg of Ginkgo Biloba about three times a week for about thirty years.
