Enzymes The Dirty Secret of Processed Food
During WWI large quantizes of food were required to be transported long distances and stored for long times. Scientists had to figure out ways to keep these foods from spoiling. What they discovered among other things was that if you removed the enzymes the food would keep vastly longer. The resulting "food" contained energy and nutrients to keep the troops in the field alive and functioning for years. The "food" did not taste too good and no one did any long term studies on the health consequences of removing the enzymes. During WWII a method of putting taste back in the processed food was discovered the deadly MSG. Processed Food and Health Care
When you eat a diet of mostly processed food, you are eating largely GMO Soybeans, GMO Corn, sugar (Soon to be GMO), white flour, chemicals and other ingredients harmful to your health. Please read the labels to confirm this. This "food" will bring on health problems sooner rather than later. Likely you will visit your local sawbones. He will tell you "Ah yes you have type 2 diabetes; take this drug." The toxic drug will not solve your "food" problem and will introduce other perhaps larger problems. If you eat right and exercise you will likely need very little "health care" because you have given yourself health care before the required care became critical.

Processing Your Own Food is Required
The bottom line is that you are going to need to invest some time in YOUR kitchen processing raw whole food for your self and for your family if you want to stay healthy and avoid processed foods containing MSG (See MSG Protocol), HFCS and other poisons.
Foods do need processing
but they should usually be eaten within minutes or hours of the processing.
IMO we should limit and carefully examine any processed food we decide to eat. Processed foods often cause a spike of glucose in your blood. Too much of this and you are on your way to type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular (See Cardiovascular Disease Protection Protocol) problems among others.
Processed food often contains MSG (See MSG Protocol), HFCS , Aspartame (See Aspartame Protocol) and other additives that are documented to be very harmful. These additives are a major factor in the rapidly deteriorating health of our nation. These additives are required because the devitalized processed food tastes like cardboard. Our corrupt congress and FDA allow the processed food manufactures to put these dangerous additives in our food supply. They also allow these additives to be hidden on the ingredients list (See Label Reading Protocol). For example the label “Spices” may mean one of three hundred or so chemical compounds and NOT spices as you and I think of the word spices.
Some Processed Foods are Good

Not all processed foods are harmful for example canned wild salmon (See Salmon Protocol) is an excellent source of EFA, better pound for pound than fresh wild salmon, unless this salmon is fresh caught and eaten raw off the hook. The ingredient list (See Label Reading Protocol) on the salmon can lists two ingredients, salmon and salt. Canned pumpkin can be an excellent food the ingredient list on 100% Pure Pumpkin lists one ingredient, pumpkin.
But good processed foods are
few and far between. An ingredient list with less than five ingredients is a
good start. Call the manufacturer and talk with them. Ask if MSG is contained in ANY of its 50 forms in the product. Ask them if any
chemicals are in the product. If you decide to eat a certain processed food
rigorously check it out. This means you will be eating very few
processed foods. If you just pick up
a processed food product and glance at the label without checking it out the
odds are it’s not fit to eat if you truly care about your body. I can tell

Eat Fresh at HOME
Most of your food should be raw food, lightly or NOT cooked eaten at home. Yes this is work; processed foods are designed to be quick to prepare. YOU and your family are worth the time.

Perhaps I have been making a false assumption about processed food, perhaps what is intended by the manufactures of processed food is that you throw away the contents of the box and eat the cardboard box. OTOH you never know want to volunteer for a study?
