Rheumatoid Arthritis Protection Protocol Continuation

 

Avocado and RA

Olive Oil and RA

Rates of OA and RA are significantly lower in Mediterranean countries, and many researchers believe olive oil is the reason. It is also one of nature’s best sources of oleuropein and hydroxytyrosol, two antioxidants that significantly reduce other inflammatory chemicals in the body. Since olive oil is a strongly anti-inflammatory anti-oxidant it is a natural for RA.

      

GLA and RA

"Strong support exists for GLA for the pain of rheumatoid arthritis. At least 1,400 mg/day is suggested."   Life Extension

 

GLA is an omega 6 EFA and will only do good things for your body RA or not. Please add it to your supplements for RA.

         

Exercise and RA

"A regular weight-training regimen may help treat rheumatoid arthritis. A study of 28 patients found that weight training led to improvements in basic physical function, such as walking. Researchers said such high intensity exercising could play a key role in managing the condition.”     Arthritis and Rheumatism December 2009; 61(12):1726-34.

Exercise has been found by many to greatly aid RA. Simple walking can be a good start to any exercise program.  

I know it is hard to exercise when your joints hurt.  But please examine the above evidence. The FACT is exercise will likely HELP your joints heal. Pomegranate therapy can help your joints to stop aching enough to allow you to exercise.

  

Fruit, Nuts and RA

Many foods are proven to help with RA. Some are listed in the RA research above. Get to know and ingest these foods.

    

Sulfur and RA

Water and RA

Could your RA be nothing but a simple systemic water deficiency. Yes, if your urine is not clear. If you have clear urine make sure you have the Proteoglycans  required to hold the water in your joints.

     

Fasting and RA

"Virtually everyone with rheumatoid  arthritis who fasts finds the pain goes away.  If you introduce foods one at a time you may be able to figure out which ones you are allergic to."   Prevention

If after doing all the above you are still bothered by your RA go the fasting and introduction of foods route IMO. Fasting will prove to you that at least part of your RA problem is what you are eating.

Yeah it is a pain. Well just how bad is your RA pain? Getting rid of wheat, gluten, sugar and dairy may be enough. Try that first.

Wheat in particular is often a RA root.

    

Low Dose Naltrexone and RA

LDN is the rare drug that may be useful in CURING autoimmune problems like RA because unlike MOST drugs it works by addressing the cause and NOT symptoms. If I had RA not cleared by natural methods LDN would be on my list of things to check out.
