Osteoarthritis Protection and Treatment Protocol Continued

“Research in Europe has consistently found that glucosamine was equal to or better than the drugs typically used in the USA for pain relief, mainly ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin or Nuprin). "Synovial fluid is produced when the joint moves. But the body is lazy. If there's no joint movement, there's no reason to ooze that synovial fluid out into the joint. Sunshine, Vitamin D and Arthritis

The simple primal act of getting LOTS of the high noon sun on your bare “unprotected” skin in large amounts just may be the most important single thing you can do for your health. If the sun casts a shadow longer than you are tall you cannot make adequate vitamin D from the sun. You MUST take vitamin D3 at the daily rate of about 1000 IU/20 pounds of body weight.

  

"Lack of sunshine and insufficient vitamin D appear to be significant factors in causing arthritis61, 62 which generally progresses to involve other joints. Arthritis has a low incidence in sunny countries and a north/south gradient63. Randomized trials have shown that symptoms of arthritis are reduced by vitamin D supplements and progress of the disease is slowed by vitamin D."   Good Vitamin D Treatise

“High dietary levels of calcium, when vitamin D is insufficient, may contribute to calcification of the arteries, joints, kidney and perhaps even the brain.”   Fujita et al

     

The association of the increased incidence of arthritis of most types and increasing latitudes, the classic vitamin D association, demonstrates to me that arthritis has a strong Sunshine component. Please make sure you blood levels of vitamin D are at least 60 ng/ml.  

Sunshine

As doctor Seneff tells us sulfur is critical for our heart and brains. A primary source of this sulfur is the cholesterol-sulfate and water soluble vitamin D3 sulfate produced in your skin by sunshine and cholesterol. If you are not getting good vitamin D producing sunshine you MUST explore this sulfur issue and assure you get the sulfate your heart and brain require of your body may steal sulfur from your joints.

Doctor Seneff tells us that if you have let your sulfur supply become depleted  your body may steal the sulfur from your joints.

     

Fish and Fish Oil and Arthritis

“Fish oils are particularly effective in reducing inflammation and can be of great benefit to people suffering from rheumatoid arthritis or ulcerative colitis. Daily supplementation with as little as 2.7 grams of EPA and 1.8 grams of DHA can markedly reduce the number of tender joints and increase the time before fatigue sets in. I know it is hard to exercise when your joints hurt.  But please examine the above evidence. The FACT is exercise will likely HELP your joints heal. Pomegranate therapy can help your joints to stop aching enough to allow you to exercise.

Try some slow walking. Your body will actually manufacture some GOOD opiates, as opposed to toxic big pharma drugs, that will ease your pain. The more you walk the less you will hurt. Set some simple distances on level ground and constantly increase them as your pain allows. If you are doing most of the things in this protocol for your arthritis the odds are you will be building up your joints and your pain should ease with  time.

As you feel better SLOWLY do more. This is important; your goal should be COMPLETE mobility.

One time my wife suffered a badly broken ankle. She refused a hard cast because she KNEW she might lose ankle function and mobility if she completely rested her ankle. Movement was painful for her but it gradually got easier. Today she has full mobility of her ankle. I am convinced if she had "rested" her ankle, today she would have at least some "arthritis" in it.

Gout and Osteoarthritis

The symptoms of gout can often be interpreted as the symptoms of osteoarthritis. This is often my case. For example I like many foods which will give me gout symptoms if eaten in too great an amount. When I get a touch in my hands I will often figure out I have been eating too much of a gout food. So make sure you do not have both gout and osteoarthritis and if you do you must be a little more of a detective.

     

Wheat and NSAIDs a Special Arthritis Problem

Cooked foods usually have No enzymes and there seems to often be a strong enzyme component to arthritis.

If you do eat cooked foods often make sure you ingest supplemental digestive enzymes with the few cooked foods you eat. Please read up on all aspects of enzymes and assure your body is topped up on enzymes. Cooking also destroys much of the vitamin C, sulfur and many other nutrients in a food.

Many healers believe  just not eating cooked foods may greatly help many arthritic victims. I have seen it work too many times to not be a believer myself. Try it for a month or so. It is not easy but if your arthritis is hurting enough you should be motivated.

If you do not have the will power, try it with your arthritic pets. Success with an arthritic pet may convince you to stick it out. Feeding an arthritic carnivore pet RAW meat has produced good results in under one month. Eating RAW can do the same for you also.

If the sun casts a shadow longer than you are tall you cannot make adequate vitamin D from the sun. You MUST take vitamin D3 at the daily rate of about 1000 IU/20 pounds of body weight.

The association of the increased incidence of arthritis of most types and increasing latitudes, the classic vitamin D association, demonstrates to me that arthritis has a strong Sunshine component. Please make sure you blood levels of vitamin D are at least 60 ng/ml.  

Sunshine

As doctor Seneff tells us sulfur is critical for our heart and brains. A primary source of this sulfur is the cholesterol-sulfate and water soluble vitamin D3 sulfate produced in your skin by sunshine and cholesterol. If you are not getting good vitamin D producing sunshine you MUST explore this sulfur issue and assure you get the cholesterol-sulfate your heart and brain require of your body may steal sulfur from your joints.

If you have let your sulfur supply become depleted  your body may steal the sulfur from your joints.

Five foods MANY people are allergic to and often have great results when they simply stop all ingestion are  1) GMO 2) sugar 3) dairy and 4) gluten found mostly in 5) wheat. GMO "foods" are actually in a special class all by  themselves; we are ALL allergic to these poisons and must ALL stop eating them.

If you are having any arthritis problems IMO you MUST cease eating these five as a part of your solution. The odds are well over 75% one or more of them are at least part of your problem. Arthritis is a complex and often many rooted problem, eliminating any POSSIBLE cause often pays big dividends.
