Astaxanthin is a carotenoid found mostly in green algae and the seafood that eat this algae such as salmon. Astaxanthin is proving to be a strong antioxidant.   • Lycopene: tomato and tomato products, watermelon, pink fruits, rose hips

  • Lutein and Zeaxanthin: Egg yolk, Kale, avocados, Green Leafy Vegetables , rose hips

  • Beta-carotene: Cooked Carrots,  Sweet Potatoes, Rose hips, Squashes, Cooked Carrots, Mangos

  • Astaxanthin: Green Algae, Sea Food 

  • Xanthophylls (lutein, zeaxanthin, and astaxanthin) yellow, orange, and deep green leafy vegetables
