Insulin Protocol Continuation

     

You will LOOSE This Battle

 You will lose this battle no matter how it comes out. The only way to win is for YOU to STOP EATING THE SUGAR and simple carbs. Once you allow your insulin to resume its designed role most of your diabetes and other insulin problems will vanish like the bad dream they are. Remember once you give your body a fighting chance it will stride towards good health 24x7. While YOU sleep your body will be repairing the years of damage you have forced onto your poor body with sugar and its deadly brethren. How is that for not holding a grudge.

    

Note a low fat diet will re-enforce this sugar addiction. Fat will supply the steady glucose the lack of which can cause the sugar cravings.

  

Society forces us to Fear Cholesterol but Love Insulin

As is often the case our hyper-politicized society is back-assward. Most of the insulin you will require is to deal with the metabolism of simple sugars, refined carbs and grains. Much less Insulin was required by our ancestors (See Cave Man Diet Protocol). Excess insulin has many negative effects. Excess Insulin production speeds up the aging process, promotes higher cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure as well as heart disease. Excess insulin leads to mood and behavior problems and is associated with ADHD, depression, insomnia and panic attacks.

You do this by eating right. You control much of your aging process and a whole lot else by what you put in your mouth. It’s just that simple.

Research reveals that your body can only burn your fat stores when there is no insulin in your blood (See Weight Loss Protocol), “When blood insulin levels drop the patient experiences an almost automatic weight loss.” This means as long as you ingest carbs or sugar at every meal and snack YOU WILL NEVER lose your body fat. This is the very short message of insulin. Your body, no matter how badly you try to screw it up, will not both store and burn fat at the same time. I am glad at least one of us has some sense!

All sweet tastes raise insulin

Here is the key fact for understanding sweet tastes and your diet. We who try to live healthy KNOW keeping our insulin levels at their absolute minimum is an important facet of a healthy life. When you ingest ANYTHING with a sweet taste you are signaling your body that food in the form of carbs is coming; your body starts the process of producing insulin. Now if this sweet taste comes from a can of water and chemicals with no calories your body is producing insulin for food that is NOT coming. What do you think happens next? You get HUNGRY. You should not try to fool Mother Nature.

Eat a NATURAL whole food mostly RAW organic diet and AVOID MANY “health problems”. NEVER sweeten anything that does not contain carbs and sweeten damn few things, carbs or not.

Exercise improves your insulin efficiency in several ways. Should you choose not to exercise you are almost certain your insulin function will be impaired. Couple lack of exercise with the consumption of sugar and its deadly brethren of simple carbs and you can be sure bad things will happen to you. Doctor Lam says resistance training is the best form of exercise to increase insulin sensitivity. This is because as you add muscle mass you give your body more places to store glucose, as glycogen,  and allow insulin to do its job more quickly.

The evidence is in! Cinnamon greatly aids your insulin in it's job to healthfully remove the sugar from your blood expeditiously. I have a little cinnamon in my morning tea. IMO get in the habit of ingesting cinnamon every day.

If you cook or bake here is a simple rule: ALWAYS add cinnamon when you add a LITTLE dextrose. IMO use dextrose in place of table sugar when cooking or baking. Dextrose does not contain the toxic fructose as does sucrose or table sugar.
